Choose FF7 rebirth from the list to apply the fix.

Run FF7 Rebirth while also keeping Flawless Widescreen still on.

@sharpshot.gif it's safe, Lyall has the same mod for XVI which I use and it's completely fine.

I got a virus alert from the file. It might be a false positive but it picked up Trojan:Script/Wacatac.B!ml

Yup it's known issue. Sadly the same issue was on remake too and it never got fixed.
