Description
I found a way to do crossplay!

I can only test it with mobile and PC, but I suspect it works on PS, Xbox, and Switch as well

We have a PS4, but not PS+, so I couldn't try it on there

Disclaimer: IDK how well this works, as I've only just figured this out and haven't done any testing besides the initial joining. All I can say is it will only work if your characters have different names, and all devices must be on the same Internet/Wi-Fi

It's possible, if you were to host a mobile server online somewhere, that this would work just like normal joining a server via IP, but IDK how to test that

If anyone else could tell us if it works on consoles as well, that would be much appreciated :)

How to:
- Go to terraria.org on your PC and download the Mobile server (at the bottom of the page)

- Extract and run the server (make sure to reply "y" to automatic port-forwarding)

- On PC join via IP and put "localhost" as the ip to join

- On mobile (and console? [not tested]) simply click multiplayer and choose the server

- Enjoy

It does require you have Xbox Live Core, Nintendo Switch Online, or PlayStation+, depending on the console. Just a heads up
