I have enjoyed reading through your reasoning through the rest as well, it's very well structured and explained. I'd actually missed the lisp being the reason Bess was misheard as Beth and just assumed it had been overheard wrong, good pickup.
Anyway back to the game to finish it off now, I'll pop back in after to see if we got the same reasoning... and if I get stuck again of course. Thanks for this guide! PS - I originally found this guide on Guidepretty website - where you are credited but they've just copy/pasted the whole thing - lame!
Possible Roottrees is definitely coming. I've already written the thing, I just need to spend the time moving it to Steam and reformatting it appropriately. Hopefully that will happen today.
Since you have perhaps the biggest stake in it if this happens, what would your thoughts be if I went back and did the same thing for the base game? Going through this one was fun enough that it's definitely an appealing prospect.
I will leave my guide public just in case somebody is interested in a shorter read since I try to go straight to the point but I will leave a shoutout to this in case somebody likes the more elaborated train of thought
