The M81 Woodland camouflage is highly effective for mechs in forested environments, with its blend of greens, browns, and blacks mimicking natural foliage and disrupting the machine’s outline under tree cover or dappled sunlight. This makes it ideal for stealth and ambush operations in dense woods. However, its effectiveness diminishes in open or urban areas, where the green tones contrast with neutral backgrounds. Despite these limitations, M81 remains a reliable choice for forest-based missions, offering excellent concealment and tactical advantages. This is possibly the single best camo ever designed, as the US Army still uses a similar variant of it today!
