Once you arrive at Miquella’s Haligtree, nestled far to the north of the Consecrated Snowfield and the vast expanse of the Lands Between, venture into its depths. Proceed with caution, for numerous adversaries will seek to destroy your quest for love. How romantic!

Step 2

Descend to the Haligtree Roots Site of Grace, where you shall find Malenia in a state of deep slumber. Take this moment to prepare yourself with the utmost care—disturbing her rest unprepared would be unwise.

Step 3

Your careful planning may fall short, for Malenia will sense your presence. Do not let this dishearten you. Although she may initially ignore your approach, the element of surprise shall remain intact.

Stetp 4

Take her by surprise with your noble intentions and gallant demeanor.

Step 5

In an act of affection, she will smile and graciously accept your offering, pledging to fight by your side for all eternity.

Step 6

Rejoice in your success, for your union with Malenia signifies both love and strength.

Step 7

Admire the beauty of your wife, for her grace and elegance are unmatched, and her presence is a testament to your triumph.

Step 8 (secret ending - Co-op Mode):

To defeat the necromancer, you must prove your worth as a warrior and display sheer strength to save Malenia. She will not be able to aid you or save you, as she is bound by the evil wizard’s curse. Should you fail, it shall signify that you must gather more allies to overcome the Dark Knight and his superior. However, the price of seeking aid from fellow Tarnished is that you shall face them in battle once your foes have fallen, for only then shall the winner claim the hand of the fair maiden.
