Early Game Tips
Item Fusion
Main Item Level: How many attributes it can inherit across all other items.
Item # Level: How many attributes it can provide to the Main Item.
Monster Stats: Caps all item stats max inherited values.

For the sake of this example assume the Cloud Rod, Cloud Pot Lid and Cloud Boots are all identical to the Cloud Boots on the second screenshot, which has 7 attributes (since the only Additional Effect is Forget X%).

So, the Bustier needs to be at least Lv 21, and each of the Cloud gear pieces needs to be Lv 7 to inherit all attributes. And, hypothetically, 44,695 is the max ATK it could have by the end of this fusion.

Caps
  • 9,999 All stats except Movement that caps at 99.
At Lv 99 these increase to 32,767.
  • 100% for most Additional Attributes except Special Attack that caps at 20%.
  • 99 on everything else.

Skills
I would recommend to get a single gear piece with at least one level on each stat and continue to improve upon it every chapter or so. But, if you want to know what leveling them up will give you:

Single Stat
HP: HP Regen.
SP: Purify Range+.
INT: Purify Power+.
ATK: Power boost.
DEF: Block boost.
RES: Barrier.
SPD: Jump+ & Super Dodge*.
HIT: Autohit*.

Multi Stat
SP, INT: Baptism Attack*.
DEF, SPD: Break.
ATK, DEF, HIT: Critical Hit Rate.
HP, ATK, DEF, RES: Goddess' Blessing*.
SP, INT, SPD, HIT: Treasure Hunt*.
ALL: Chakra*.

*Single Skill, no tiers.
Endings
Each chapter on this game has multiple endings, with a few exceptions. But, if you wanna try and do them on your own, here are some pointers:
  • Special: Requires you to kill a thing way stronger than you are.
  • Good: Requires for you to investigate, clear all optional stages, trigger all event panels or all of them combined. Prier will hint at the conditions on some chapters.
  • Normal: Honestly, who knows? It's an awkward state of half doing the steps for the Good Ending and then bailing out midway. Just awkward.
  • Bad: Just ignore everything.
The list below is focused on the steps for the Good Ending and Special, but the letters next to the chapter number tell you what endings are available.

Chapter 1 - GNB
Good 1: Talk to the boy in front of the Orphanage, you will receive 1 Prica.
Extra: You learn about event panels on [Caretaker's Room].
Good 2: Trigger the event panel on [The Birdcage].
Good 3: Trigger the event panel on [Hall of Truth].

Chapter 2 - GB
Good 1: Visit [Crime Scene] as soon as possible.
Good 2: Clear [Spring of Mercy] as soon as possible.

Chapter 3 - GB
Good 1: Trigger the event panel on [Forest of Grief].
Good 2: Trigger the event panel on [Forest of Judgement] to get the Mushroom Essence.
Extra: There is another event panel on "Forest of Judgement" to trigger while we are here.
Good 3: Bring the Mushroom Essence to the event panel on [Forest of Grief].
Extra: Trigger the event panel on [Barsom's House].
Good 4: Head back to the Infirmary and talk to the men before completing [Shrine of Beasts].

Note: Getting the Bad Ending here allows you to get a unique skill for Prier, but it involves training a monster unit before Chapter 6 ends.

Chapter 4 - SGB
Special: Defeat "Monster" on the unnamed stage at the Harbor. You are rewarded with the Angel Shoes.
Good 1: Side with "Monster" against Homrad's Crew on the unnamed stage at the forest.

Chapter 5 - GNB
Good 1: Return to Pot au Feu City after [Forest Entrance].
Good 2: Trigger the event panel at [Barsom's House].
Good 3: Return to Pot au Feu City again.
Good 4: Trigger the event panel at [Barsom's House].
Good 5: Kill all monsters but leave Belial for last, make sure Barsom and Suzanne survive.

Chapter 6 - GN
Good 1: Clear [Resigned Heart] and [Fleeing Heart] before finishing the chapter.

Chapter 7 - GN
Good 1: Clear all stages.

Chapter 8 - SGN
Special: Defeat "Giant Thing" at [Unknown Fear]. You are rewarded the Goddess Ring.
Good 1: Defeat "Giant Thing" after weakening it with the event panel at [Ray of Hope].

Chapter 9 - GB
Good 1: Defeat the boss without killing any other enemy on any stage.

Chapter 10 - GN
Good 1: Do not kill any Soldier or Sergeant on any stage.

POINT OF NO RETURN
Strictly speaking there is no such thing, but your party will suffer changes after this point that may complicate your plans for the endgame grind. While I would recommend leaving this for a NG+ to avoid breaking the difficulty the main story is supposed to have, you do you.

Chapter 11 - G
Good 1: Play normally.

Chapter 12 - G
Good 1: Play normally.

Demon Overlord Prier
Chapter 1: Talk to the kids at the Orphanage. Then trigger the Event Panel at [Eastern District].
Chapter 2: Trigger the Event Panel at [Dark Bath].
Chapter 3: Trigger the Event Panel at [Heart of Baptism].
Chapter 4: Do not attack any demon and trigger the Event Panel.

Normal Ending 1: Ignore all Event Panels.
Normal Ending 2: Ignore the Event Panel in Chapter 4.
Bad Ending: Kill the demons in Chapter 4.
Postgame
Grind
Both aspects of the postgame grind basically involve getting the strongest demons you can find to join your party, the only thing that changes is what you do with them.

Initially that's any demon strong enough, then, once you earn the Demon Lord title, you should start making your way up the Dark Shrine demons until you can make an army of Baals.

To recruit Baal you need the Baptism Attack and gear with Purify 100% (panties, you need panties).
Charm him and kill him with Homard's ultimate skill (You will need to grind levels, gear or both to reach the point where you can one shot Baal) for extra cheese.

EXP
Recruit the strongest demons you can find, head to any map and kill them again and again until you are satisfied. That's it.

Remember to fill the survey for stronger enemies up to 20 times for even stronger Baals to recruit and kill.

Gear
As mentioned earlier, the cap for stats is 9,999 so any demon in [God's Ordeal] is good enough for that.

Once you max out the stats head to [Cave of Trials 3] and aim for massive purify chains to level your gear up to 99.

Extra Stages
Dark Shrine: Unlocked in Chapter 8.
Cave Of Trials: Return to Main Continent in Chapter 11.
Dark Shrine 2 [God's Ordeal]: Clear the [Cave Of Trials 5].

NG+ Stages
Baal Castle: Clear [God's Ordeal].
Reward: Super Amp.
New Baal Castle: Clear [DISGAEA Baal].
Reward: Myao's Staff.
True Baal Castle: Clear [Phantom Baal] and get Prier's Demon Overlord title.
Reward: Overlord Token.

Titles
Demon Lord: Kill 1 Lv 500+ Demon Overlord (Boss) in a Dark World with Dark Energy Index 300.
You also get the Hyperdrive.
Demon Overlord: Kill 20 Lv 500+ Demon Overlords and 1 Lv 700+ Demon Overlord (Boss).*
You also get the Light Year Cannon.

*Rant:
You may have read a million different ways to get Prier's second title, rest assured I've done extensive testing to make this the least obnoxious it can possibly be.
  • Survey [Are you interested in the Dark World]:
This is supposed to change the power of equipment in the store, at least per the strategy guide.
It never had a noticeable effect on any Dark World I visited.

  • Survey [Would you like to fight more powerful monsters]:
This has no effect on the Dark World, after increasing it to the cap (20) enemies like Baal had pretty noticeable 1,000+ levels, but the Dark World demons would spawn on the first floor around levels 300 to 700 as usual.

  • Introducing a monster:
ONE time I introduced a Lv 2,700 Baal I got a Dark World Lv 600+, but that could have been a coincidence since offering similar Baals didn't give such noticeable returns with any consistency.

On the other hand some guy random in a 10+ year old forum thread said that the Dark Energy Index will increase above 300 if you introduce enough demons, so I introduced like 50 Baals and the cap remained at 300 (plus however many demons I introduced to even be able to make it to Baal to begin with). Random guy, if you are reading this, please introduce me to your dealer.

Although, to be fair, for the sake of testing that hypothesis a bit further I increased my DEI to 9,999 with Cheat Engine once and that did raise the demon levels to 1,000+.
Perhaps I just didn't introduce enough demons for this to happen naturally?

Also, the DEI returned to 300 after killing an ally inside the stage again (as opposed to increasing by 10 like it was supposed to).
So, maybe it cannot be increased and the random guy is drugged as I originally thought?

  • Killing all 21 Demons in ONE Dark World visit:
I do not think this is even possible. At least during my testing I only ever saw Dark Worlds with 10 floors, this would mean on average every floor needs two Lv 500+ Overlords and as you may have noticed it can quickly snowball, like if you get two floors with no Overlord, now you need a single floor to have six.

With that said, the two cycles when I got the title (yes I did it twice cause I hate myself) I was doing entire floor wipes exclusively so MAYBE it’s a requirement.

TL;DR
Just do entire floor wipes until the Special Ending pops, restarting to get Dark Worlds with a starting level of 500+ may speed it up but the time it may take to do all the resets can be annoying, so just go in and kill everything again and again until you get it.
