To open the vault, you need to click on the orange lock in the basement with the prisoner. The prisoner will say that to get the key, you need to look for it at the end of the world. The end of the world is Coming Soon. Once there, you need to click under the inscription Coming Soon, and a door will appear. To go inside, you need to get the Master's Emblem.
