This guide provides a complete walkthrough for Death in Unison in both Solo and Co-Op, as well as lore details, info on convicts, and achievement completions

SETUP
This section is to help you in setting up your game play for either Solo or Co-Op

Would recommend watching the Introduction Video and the Co-Op Training Video to get a decent understanding of how the game will work before setting up your game play.

Once you select PLAY you will be prompted with two modes: Solo or Co-Op
* Note: If you plan to invite someone into your game play, make sure Co-Op was selected from the main menu.

Once you have selected a mode (as well as CAMPAIGN and a SLOT), you are then prompted with two different difficulties to pick from (both have the same functionality for Solo and Co-Op):
  • Dynamic: With each death the difficultly decreases for the lost day. But once the day is completed the difficulty resets.
  • Classic: Even in death, the difficulty level remains unchanged.

After you have selected the options you wanted, you are then brought into the game for your first day on the job!
* Note: To invite someone into your game play, click on the ROSTER tab from your computer and you will see a INVITE A FRIEND button. If you don't see this button it means you have selected Solo, just back out and pick Co-Op.

In the next following sections, each one will go over a day shift for the following things:
  • Duty fulfillment and expectations in Solo and Co-Op
  • Convicts that will be known to you
  • Lore of the game with clue and login answers

** WARNING: Continuing any further will expose you to the complete story-line and characters of the game, if you do not want to be spoiled ignore the Lore category within each day shift section, the Convicts section and the Achievements section within this guide **
DAY 01
Duties
You are doing ADMITTANCE, where you are processing new convicts to the prison into the database.
  • Solo: You, as ADMINISTRATION, will have to review the convicts' full name and crimes from a screen and put them into the database through the CONVICT ADMITTANCE tab on your computer
  • Co-Op: One person as SECURITY will view the convicts' full name and crimes on a screen and then walkie-talkie the information to the other person as ADMINISTRATION so they can put them into the database through the CONVICT ADMITTANCE tab on their computer
* Note: To thoroughly know how to exactly do these duties, review the GUIDEBOOK and do the TRAINING DUTY to practice within the game

Convicts
You will have no one coming near your office during your first-day shift in both Solo and Co-Op

Lore
You will receive an email from Doug, your shift manager, who tells you to familiarize yourself around your office and to use the TRAINING DUTY screen to get a bit of practice on your duties before actually starting your shifts, if need be.
DAY 02
Duties
You are doing ADMITTANCE and now CHOW, where you are cooking food orders for inmates within the prison.
  • Solo: You will review the CURRENT ORDERS screen and then implement the cooking requirements onto the COOKING MENU screen
  • Co-Op: One person as ADMINISTRATION will view the CURRENT ORDERS screen and then walkie-talkie the orders to the other person as SECURITY who will implement the cooking requirements onto the COOKING MENU screen
* Note: To thoroughly know how to exactly do these duties, review the GUIDEBOOK and do the TRAINING DUTY to practice within the game

Convicts
You will have two new convicts that will approach your office
In Solo and Co-Op:
  • Glom
  • Lux
* Notes:
- These convicts will appear at random on any day shift where they may potentially not come near your office at all
- Please review the Convicts section on this guide to know what they do and how to avoid them


Lore
  • You get an automated email from Security informing you that a couple of inmates were just relocated near your office. Review the DATABASE tab on your computer to know more about these convicts (You will constantly get this email each day)
  • You receive an email from Stacy Maddox, Head of Life Sciences Division, who briefly goes over the purpose of the prison and her responsibility
  • You receive another email from Doug who congratulates you on your first day and rants about his good old days(he mentions his age (52), keep this in mind!)
DAY 03
Duties
You are doing ADMITTANCE and CHOW
* Note: Should be able to do these duties, but if still confused or unsure review the GUIDEBOOK and do the TRAINING DUTY to practice within the game

Convicts
You will have two new convicts that will approach your office, as well as the previous convicts:

In Solo:
  • Chains
  • Sacra
In Co-Op:
  • Chains
  • Fume

- These convicts will appear at random on any day shift where they may potentially not come near your office at all
- Please review the Convicts section on this guide to know what they do and how to avoid them


Lore
  • You receive an email from an UNKNOWN stating they can sense you, have lost someone awhile ago and ask if you are friends(?) :)
  • You receive an email from Gerald Maddox, Founder of Corton Island Institution, who welcomes you to the island and thanks you for your hard-work, ending his email by saying you will also meet some of his children who help on the island(With this information, you learn that Stacy is Gerald's daughter)
DAY 04
Duties
You are doing ADMITTANCE, CHOW, and now ACCESS, where you are relocating inmates across the prison. You have to look at the map and see if there are any convicts (orange light) in the two areas where you need to transport someone from and to; if there are then deny access, if not then allow it
  • Solo: You will analyze the map called A SECTOR and then look at the REQUESTING ACCESS screen to decide if access needs to be made or not
  • Co-Op: One person as SECURITY will view the REQUESTING ACCESS screen and then walkie-talkie the two areas needed in question to the other person as ADMINISTRATION who will look at the A SECTOR map to declare if there are any or no convicts in those two areas.
* Note: To thoroughly know how to do these duties exactly, review the GUIDEBOOK and do the TRAINING DUTY to practice within the game

** At this point, CHOW and ACCESS are more important to do than ADMITTANCE since more possible mistakes can be made and your on a timer for those duties. Even though you are told to do as much ADMITTANCE as you can, it is not required to do them. So a good recommendation here is to stop doing ADMITTANCE and focus on CHOW and ACCESS only from here on out **

  • You receive an email from UNKNOWN who tells you they will find you and will have some fun(?) :)
  • You receive an email from Shin Maddox, in charge of security throughout the prison, who gives you insight about the security operation and your new added-on duty being ACCESS(We now know Shin is Gerald's son)
DAY 05
Duties
You are doing ADMITTANCE, CHOW, and ACCESS

- Should be able to do these duties, but if still confused or unsure review the GUIDEBOOK and do the TRAINING DUTY to practice within the game
- Only focus on CHOW and ACCESS, see DAY 04 Duties section note to know why

Lore
  • You receive an email from Omnis, person who design and runs all the technology in the prison, who gives you GUEST login access to the network. To gain access to the network purchase the ACCESS BYPASS from the MERCHANT (who also emails you about it), it will be put on your computer below the ROSTER tab. Plug in this login:

  • Once you have logged in, you will check out MAIL and see an email was sent to Omnis from Shin, stating they have forgotten Doug's login password(they provided DOUGNDOG as Doug's username, and said that Doug's password involves his dog's name and Doug's age)
  • Can also check out FILES and see there are a couple of things within that tab(Go into Secret folder, and click on graffiti.png and it will show a picture of graffiti art of an arrow pointing at something somewhere in your office. Locate where that is and you will find a message saying: "IF I DIE - NLX22," this will be important to know for later!)
DAY 06
Duties
You are doing ADMITTANCE, CHOW, and ACCESS
* Note: Only focus on CHOW and ACCESS, see DAY 04 Duties section note to know why

Lore
  • You receive another email from UNKNOWN saying they have found you and will be coming to play (And seeing a new convict named Happy join your block, means that UNKNOWN is Happy :) )
  • You receive another email from Doug who praises you on your amazing hard-work(Doug mentions his pup Basil, with that you now have Doug's network login which can be seen below)

  • Once you have logged into Doug's network, you now have access to his MAIL and FILES. Go into his FILES and click on current.txt to see a list of current volunteers within the prison, one individual stands out being 4100 who is noted as WHISTLEBLOWER
  • Afterwards, go into Doug's MAIL and you will see an email he sent to 4100, warning them to stop sticking their noses in places they shouldn't be and not making graffiti in the office. This lets you know that the graffiti art picture from the Secret folder was from 4100, which means what was written on the wall is their login password
  • You will also see an email sent from Omnis to Doug about some confidential information being stolen and shared outside the institute, pointing the finger at 4100 (Within that email, they provide 4100's network username, giving us 4100's network login information which can be seen below)
    4100's (Whistleblower) Network Login

    USERNAME: USER4100
    PASSWORD: NLX22

  • Once you have logged into 4100's network, you now have access to their MAIL and FILES. Go into their FILES, into cute cats folder, and click on certificate.png, you will see it is the death certificate of Gerald Maddox who died at the prison in the hands of Chains. Back out and then click on logs.txt, and you will see it is a conversation that was had between Shin, Omnis, and Stacy about keeping their father's death a secret and mentioning doing trials on inmates for something. (You learn that Omnis is also Gerald's son, and at the very tail-end of their conversations you get Shin's network username: SHINMAN1)
  • Afterwards, go into 4100's MAIL and you will see an email was sent out from 4100 to a news journalist telling them they need to check out Corton Island and its prison and uncover its hidden truth; only to have another email be sent back from the journalist stating that they have/found no information about the island
DAY 07
Duties
You are doing ADMITTANCE, CHOW, and ACCESS
* Note: Only focus on CHOW and ACCESS, see DAY 04 Duties section note to know why

  • You receive another email from Gerald who congratulates you for making it through the first week of your job and expects highly of you to continue forward(Knowing what we know from the previous day Gerald is not alive)
  • You receive another email from UNKNOWN, a.k.a Happy, thanking you for being his friend and will visit you again :)
DAY 08
Duties

  • Daemon

Lore
  • You receive another email from Happy saying no one likes being around him and that you are his favorite person ever! :)
  • You will receive several emails from Shin by accident where he states he thought he forgot his network password and false alarms it(Shin mentions his password is the same as his username, which you happen to find out several day shifts ago; with that, you now have Shin's network login which can be seen below)

  • Once you have logged into Shin's network, you now have access to his MAIL and FILES. Go into his FILES, and click on deardad.txt, you will see it is a letter Shin wrote for his late father on what his siblings are doing to the prison is wrong and wishes he could turn them in along with the institute. Back out and go into the importantstuff folder and then click on instructions.txt, there you will see a message for Shin about him activating a switch at 2300 and that they are having convicts slowly be moved closer to the volunteers, that being you, to take the heat off their backs. This indicates that something will heat up at some point, still not entirely sure but keep this in mind!
  • Go to Shin's MAIL and you will see an email was sent from Shin to Omnis about them planning to implant chips into the volunteers. You see that Shin calls Omnis 'Adnan', this indicates that that is Omnis' real name; keep this also in mind!
DAY 09
Duties
You are doing ADMITTANCE, CHOW, and ACCESS

Convicts
You will have new convicts that will approach your office, as well as the previous convicts:

Lore
  • You receive an email from Happy stating he met a new friend, Stacy, and that she says he is special and will be doing a task tomorrow, but will still come to see you :) (This lets us known that Happy will be experimented on by Stacy on whatever they are trying to get)
  • You receive an email from a person signed as 'B' who tells you that it seems that Gerald has passed away and has requested 'B' to give us Gerald's network login information with best regards (As you've previously known, Gerald has been deceased for a while, but this email comes with importance as you now have Gerald's network login which can be seen below)

    PASSWORD: REBIRTH

  • Once you have logged into Gerald's network, you now have access to his MAIL and FILES. Go into his FILES, click on the journal folder and you will see there are three documented logs:
    - 1.txt is Gerald excited about the island becoming the sanctuary he has dreamed of, worries about his children possibly getting power-tripped with their new roles at the prison, and that he hopes to make a difference towards those that need rehabilitation
    - 2.txt is Gerald talking about starting a partnership with someone who is sending these extraordinary convicts to the prison, and that Stacy had grown attached to Crag (He mentions that Stacy has Crag's last name as her network password, that being DONALDSON, so keep this in mind!)
    - 3.txt is Gerald talking about his interaction with Happy and incarnates them into the prison

  • Afterwards, go into Gerald's MAIL and you will see there are a few emails
    - You see an email was sent from Gerald to someone labeled x43hb4 letting them know about the great improvement they are getting at the prison and thanking them for sending those convicts as supporting (You realize that x43hb4 is also the same person who sent the email to you with Gerald's network login information, meaning 'B' is x43hb4 and the individual who had partnered with Gerald)
    - You see an email was sent from Gerald to Stacy about the incident that happened with Chains and that they need to improve their work ethics (In that email Gerald calls Stacy by her network username: 44STAC3, which now gives you Stacy's network login which can be seen below)

    USERNAME: 44STAC3
    PASSWORD: DONALDSON

  • Once you have logged into Stacy's network, you now have access to her MAIL and FILES. Go to her FILES, click on the samples folder and you will see there are three recorded sample logs
    - records_sample1.txt documents Chain's blood sample showing high efficiency but he showed signs of aggression when in the process, making him unusable
    - records_sample2.txt documents Daemon's blood sample showing signs of mutation, but his blood disintegrates when in contact with air making him unusable
    - records_sample3.txt documents Happy's blood sample showing high efficiency and signs of mutation, and with his corporation, he becomes a desired candidate to where it states he must be fully harvested immediately (This leads to the discovery of what Stacy and Omnis were doing when experimenting on these convicts at the prison and that they have found what they were seeking for)

  • Afterwards, go into Stacy's MAIL and you will see a couple of emails
    - You will see an email from Omnis to Stacy about the success of the implanted chips in the volunteers
    - You will see another email from Omnis to Stacy about a plan set in place when they find the right specimen they are looking for. He states once they find it, they will destroy everything and everyone in the prison by setting it on fire, and they'll book it off the island (Omnis mentions his network login information will be available when the plan begins, his username being his real name and password being SHED, from several day shifts ago you discovered his real name, Adnan, so with that you now know Omnis' network login which can be seen below)

    ** You can't access this network login until DAY 10 **
DAY 10
Duties
You are doing ADMITTANCE, CHOW, and ACCESS

In Co-Op:

- These convicts will appear at random on any day shift where they may potentially not come near your office at all
- Please review the Convicts section on this guide to know what they do and how to avoid them


Lore
  • You receive an email from Omnis who only says the word SHED (Assuming this was meant for Stacy and was sent to you by mistake, this helps you know that the plan has been initiated)
  • Once you have logged into Omnis' network, you now have access to his MAIL and FILES. Go into his MAIL and you will see there is an email to himself stating that all emails were manually deleted. Afterward, go into his FILES and you will see a records.zip folder, once clicked on you will be prompted with the message saying: "THIS ENCRYPTED FILE CONTAINS EXTENSIVE DATA ON THE PRISON AND ITS EVENTS. SENDING IT TO A NEWS AGENCY WILL LIKELY EXPOSE THE PRISON TO THE WORLD." and you have the option to send it (From here this is where different endings will be dispersed. Go to DAY 11 Lore section to know the different endings)
DAY 11
Duties
You will have no more duties to do in both Solo and Co-Op

Convicts
You will have no one coming near your office in both Solo and Co-Op

Lore
From here you will have three different endings based on what you did the day before and do now:

Ending 1
  • On DAY 10, after accessing Omnis' network login and checking out his FILES, you would have found a records.zip folder and are prompted to send that folder to a news agency. For this ending, it does not matter whether you send it or not so you can decide, the next part you will have to follow
  • After making it through DAY 10 into DAY 11, you will receive a confidential video, click PLAY and watch it. You will notice after a couple of seconds that fire is starting to form within your office, just stand there or walk around your office aimlessly until you are given a black screen. And with that, you get TILL DEATH DO US PART Ending

Ending 2
  • On DAY 10, after accessing Omnis' network login and checking out his FILES, you would have found a records.zip folder, and are prompted to send that folder to a news agency. Click SEND and will be prompted with the message: "EVIDENCE SENT. CONTINUE YOUR DUTIES FOR NOW."
  • After making it through DAY 10 into DAY 11, you will receive a confidential video, click PLAY and watch it. You will notice after a couple of seconds that fire is starting to form within your office. go to any door and run against them and it will barge open (if they don't, wait until in the confidential video they say the words: "AND AS THEY SHED THEIR CHAIN")
    - In Co-Op, you and your partner can get different endings if done differently. Say you barged out of the door and your partner decided to stay and burn, you will get this ending and your partner will get Ending 1

You will then be given a black screen but hear what sounds like a window breaking, a splash of water, and some creaking noises; from this it is assumed that you have jumped out of a window and fallen into the sea to escape and was saved by your superior. And with that, you get THE WHISTLEBLOWER Ending

Ending 3
  • On DAY 10, after accessing Omnis' network login and checking out his FILES, you would have found a records.zip folder and are prompted to send that folder to a news agency. Do not click SEND, back out of it, and just continue with your day shift
  • After making it through DAY 10 into DAY 11, you will receive a confidential video, click PLAY and watch it. You will notice after a couple of seconds that fire is starting to form within your office. go to any door and run against them and it will barge open (if they don't, wait until in the confidential video they say the words: "AND AS THEY SHED THEIR CHAIN")
    - In Co-Op, you and your partner can get different endings if done differently. Say you barged out of the door and your partner decided to stay and burn, you will get this ending and your partner will get Ending 1

You will then be given a black screen but hear what sounds like a window breaking, a splash of water, and then nothing; from this it is assumed that you have jumped out of a window and fallen into the sea to escape but drowned in the process. And with that, you get LOST AT SEA Ending
CONVICTS PART 1



















Chains
He will walk the halls near an office, and if he sees you with the lights on he will barge into your office and strangle you to death. Listen for the sound of chains being dragged on the floor to know if he is near. In both Solo and Co-Op, you must turn the lights off so he won't be able to see you.
* Notes:
- For Co-Op, the light switch is only in the ADMINISTRATION'S office and that switch turns on/off the lights for both offices, so if SECURITY hears Chains coming they must walkie-talkie ADMINISTRATION to turn off the lights
- When the lights are off you do not have to stand still to wait for him to go away, you can continue doing your duties or other actions with the lights off
- The MERCHANT has nothing that will help you avoid this individual any easier

























Crag
He will assimilate into your office but will not move if you are looking at him. If he gets you, you will be brought into a black void with a painting of him and will eventually disintegrate to death. You will hear a whooshing sound which indicates he has entered your office. In both Solo and Co-Op, to get rid of him you must find the painting he is manifesting and dispel it, the painting will change to his portrait. Another way is by listening to whispers, they will get louder if you are close to the painting.
* Notes:
- In Co-Op, the painting he could be manifesting can be in either ADMINISTRATION or SECURITY, which means it may not even be in the office he is in. You and your partner would have to work together to get rid of him if that were the case
- Would recommend purchasing the OBSIDIAN SHARD from the MERCHANT (makes Crag's painting appear faster)





















Daemon
He'll be summoned into your office through a portal on the floor and slowly come through it, once he is completely through he will burst the office into flames and burn you alive. You will hear sounds of the damn or suddenly see red symbols all over your office to know he is coming. In both Solo and Co-Op, you will have to find all the red symbols and select the correct ones on the Daemon Banishing Program screen to get rid of him.
* Notes:
- In Co-Op, the red symbols can spawn in either ADMINISTRATION'S and/or SECURITY'S office; so say Daemon appears in SECURITY'S office and SECURITY only has one symbol whereas ADMINISTRATION has two, the ADMINISTRATOR will walkie-talkie SECURITY to describe what kind of symbol they found
- The MERCHANT has nothing that will help you avoid this individual any easier

























Dex
He likes to lockpick any door he sees, including your office doors. You will hear what sounds like someone trying to pick a lock at a door which helps you know he is trying to get in. In both Solo and Co-Op, all you have to do is hold the door shut and he will instantly go away.
* Note: Would recommend purchasing the IMPROVED LOCKS from the MERCHANT (extends the length of Dex's lockpicking and makes it easier to hear)




Fume
He likes to mess with the pipe system throughout the prison to where his chemical gas will start to leak into your office, eventually killing you. You can hear what sounds like pipes bursting and see smoke gas flowing into your room to know it is him. In both Solo and Co-Op, to stop it you must turn the red valve and it will quickly stop filling in your office.
* Notes:
- In Co-Op, the red valve is in the SECURITY'S office. So say if gas flows into the ADMINISTRATION'S office, whoever is the ADMINISTRATOR must walkie-talkie to whoever is SECURITY to turn the red value
- Would recommend purchasing the ADVANCED VENTILATION from the MERCHANT (slows down the rate of the smoke filling in the office)

























Happy
He has the loveliest smile you will ever see on a man. He does nothing but follow you around in the office, not harmful at all but will sometimes get in your way of something. In both Solo and Co-Op, he will come into your office and stick with you until the end of your shift, you cannot get rid of him. :)
* Note: In Co-Op, on any day shift he will be in either ADMINISTRATION or SECURITY, he won't switch offices once he is in
CONVICTS PART 2
























Husk
He will appear in the halls next to your office when you least expect him, he won't be able to move if you look at him. If you turn your back to him, he will pass through the office window and kill you instantly. You will hear an ominous noise or deep growls coming from a window to know if he has appeared there. In both Solo and Co-Op, you can make him go away by activating the shutters by pulling the lever for that office window quickly.
* Notes:
- In Solo, the levers for the office window shutters are right next to those windows
- In Co-Op, SECURITY has the levers right next to the COOKING MENU screen and the ERROR RESPONSE CODE screen. He can appear for either ADMINISTRATION or SECURITY; so say he was at ADMINISTRATION'S window A, whoever is ADMINISTRATOR must walkie-talkie to whoever is SECURITY to tell them to pull the lever for window A
- Also in Co-Op, the levers for the window shutters will close both ADMINISTRATION'S and SECURITY's windows at the same time
- Highly recommend purchasing the 'EXTRA SLIP' GREASE from the MERCHANT (makes the shutters for the windows open and close faster), it definitely does make a difference and helps when you need to get rid of him a bit quicker
























Genpop
He roams the halls of the prison and will come into your office to bash you across the head with his crowbar, instantly killing you. Before he comes into your office, alarms will go off above a door which indicates which one he will be coming through. In both Solo and Co-Op, see where the alarm of flashing red lights is coming from to know which door and then quickly stand next to that door (where the door will swing open against you), it is a blind spot for you to not be spotted by him.
* Notes:
- In Solo, you will have two doors to worry about
- In Co-Op, ADMINISTRATION has two doors, and SECURITY only has one door
- The alarms only go off for a split second, not giving enough time for you to see where it is going off sometimes. You can purchase the 100V ALARM from the MERCHANT (extends the door alarm duration), which only helps by having the alarms go off for another second but would recommend getting














Glom
He has rotting arms poking out of vents above you and will hold you down for about 5 seconds if you happen to walk under those vents. In both Solo and Co-Op, listen for something moving around in the ventilation and watch for a hand or two coming out of the vents above, to avoid them do not walk under where there is a vent.
* Note: You can purchase the PLASTIC SPORK from the MERCHANT (immediately breaks you out of Glom's grasp), but this purchase is not super great as it is only used once per night. So it is recommended to just be aware of the vents




Lux
He will steal all light energy throughout the prison, making all the lights go out completely. In both Solo and Co-Op, to restore the lights you must go through the BLACKOUT CODES procedure, where you locate a ERROR LIGHTS screen with the correct code and then go to the ERROR RESPONSE CODE screen and select the code provided.
* Notes:
- For Co-Op: one person as ADMINISTRATION will have the ERROR LIGHTS screen that has the correct code and will then have to walkie-talkie the code to the other person as SECURITY for them to select the right code from the ERROR RESPONSE CODE screen
- It is manageable to continue your duties and watching out for other convicts without the lights (helps with Chains with no worries). But if you are not comfortable with the lights off then do the BLACKOUT CODES procedure, or purchase the MUTATED CARROTS from the MERCHANT (helps improve your vision when in darkness)
- To also semi-lighten your load from the BLACKOUT CODES procedure, purchase the ELECTRICAL CYCLER from the MERCHANT (it automatically fixes sabotaged lights after 30 seconds of it happening)















Sacra
He summons black pits into your office, step into one of them and you will fall into your demise. You can hear soft voices around you which helps indicate that black pits were just summoned into your office, other than that check the floors every once in a while. In both Solo and Co-Op, you can avoid these pits by maneuvering around and not walking into them.
* Note: You can purchase the SPRINKLERS from the MERCHANT (activated by a switch to remove all conjured Sacra pits), but this purchase is not super great as it is only used once per night. So it is recommended to just go around them












Snag
He will place small bombs around your office. One step into those things and your mouse controls will get inverted for about 5 seconds. You can generally hear a small beep noise to let you know a bomb was placed, but it is best to look at the floor for a small red light flashing periodically. In both Solo and Co-Op, you can disarm these bombs by getting close enough to them. Just don't get too close, or they will easily go off.
* Note: Would recommend purchasing the TRAP DETECTOR from the MERCHANT (can hear a sound cue when he has laid a trap up)

ACHIEVEMENTS

This is an unmissable achievement; just open up the game, select your options, look at your computer in your office and clock in for your first day on the job.



You can go about this however you want, you can either:
  • Die to a convict (read the Convicts sections in this guide to learn more about each convict and how you would die from them)
  • Make too many mistakes (further information on this is below)



This one is relatively easy to get, just make 3 incorrect or missed submissions when doing any of your duties. If you are wanting to do this relatively quickly, then you can just do 3 random admittance requests



This one is not that difficult to get really, if you or your partner are a fast inserter then that's who should be the ADMINISTRATOR. Just work together and do the best that you two can to get those admittance requests submitted fast.

* Notes:
- This is possible on Solo as well, just do your best on being very fast at submitting those admittance requests
- I recommend doing this on DAY 01 so you won't have any convicts coming to your office and no other duties to fulfill other than admittance requests




This one is a tad tricky to get but it is not impossible. Follow these steps in order:
  • Before clocking in, whoever is ADMINISTRATOR will go to the CONVICT ADMITTANCE tab on their computer
  • Fill out a random admittance form, do not submit
  • When the form is filled out clock in and immediately skip the BLACKOUT IMMINENT sequence
  • Once the shift begins quickly go back to the CONVICT ADMITTANCE tab and then click submit
  • After the first mistake submission, quickly fill out 2 more random admittance forms and submit them

* Notes:
- This cannot be done on DAY 01 since it does not give the skip option in the BLACKOUT IMMINENT sequence
- This can be exactly done in both Solo and Co-Op

- Credits to this individual for being the one that provided these steps



This one is very easy to get, just completely forgo doing any admittance requests during a day shift.

* Note: If you have been following along with this guide and read DAY 04 and beyond, this would be an unmissable achievement



This one is also very easy to get, just keep doing your duties until you earn 200 credits for the MERCHANT

* Note: If wanting to get this pretty quickly, do all duties (with little to no mistakes made) up until DAY 03 and you will have over 200 credits



You can get this achievement however you see fit or desire when it comes to buying stuff from the MERCHANT, all you need is to purchase 5 upgrades. If wanting to go the cheap route on this achievement, buy these 5 upgrades:
  • Access Bypass - 5 Credits
  • Electrical Cycler - 30 Credits
  • Mutated Carrots - 40 Credits
  • Trap Detector - 40 Credits
  • Improved Locks - 45 Credits

If you don't care about being cheap, then make sure that you have enough credits to buy the first 5 upgrades you see from the MERCHANT.

* Note: Not all upgrades will be available from the MERCHANT until that specific convict becomes known in the DATABASE tab


This one may be a bit of a challenge. Key advices on achieving this:
  • Be aware of every single convict, know exactly what they do and how to avoid/get rid of them
  • Only do CHOW and ACCESS for your duties, and completely skip doing ADMITTANCE (read DAY 04 to know why)

This one is pretty straightforward- you can complete the game with any ending you want, but you must have your gameplay set to Classic in order to get this.



This achievement will lead you to a secret that will become available to you whenever you access it. To get this, follow these steps:
  • Go to the MERCHANT and purchase the 'THINKING OF YOU' CARD (a friendship card)
  • Go to your computer in your office and check out your MAIL, you will see you received an email from Happy, thanking you for the card and giving you their network password. With this, you will now have Happy's network login which can be seen below

  • Once you logged into Happy's network, you will see a tab called DAY MINUS and a message on the side from Happy telling you a couple of things about that day

You will receive this achievement once you begin DAY MINUS, you do not have to do the day or even complete it to get it. But if you are curious about what DAY MINUS is- it is a secret day that is hard mode, Happy will be with you the entire time and you will be encountered by every other convict available. It is recommended to complete the game before playing this secret mode. On top of that, Dynamic is not available.
