Haenel MP 41 made from an Erma MP 40 from Payday 2 with a wooden stock from Raid: World War II

While the folding stock of the MP 38 and 40 is good in cramped spaces like vehicles and trenches, the German infantry was missing the sturdiness and comfort of a solid wooden stock. Hence, Haenel started producing MP40s with a stock of the earlier MP 28. Only a couple dozen thousand pieces were made before Erma filed a patent lawsuit, most of which ended up being used by the Waffen SS and the military police.

Replaces the MP5 (model and reloading sounds)

Hope y'all had a pleasant New Year; mine could've been better, ngl. But definitely could've been worse, so we cherish what we have. I just want to get this mod out of the way, made mostly for a friend and as an experiment. This is a rifle stock SMG on a pistol grip SMG animations, so this is one of those typical "Alex_D slop" kind of mods. If you've been around, you know either how bad my mods are or how low my self-esteem is. Or both. Anyway, I lowered the gun origin slightly so the animation discrepancy isn't too noticeable (the screenshots are on viewmodel FoV around 65), in addition I had to remove aiming up/down anims for mostly the same reason. And I also had an issue with the shell ejection: the gun jerks a lot when it fires and it affects the shells' momentum in a weird way. So I attached the shell ejection to a camera and placed the attachment over the actual ejection port, and that worked. Okay, I should be back to making PD2 Hotline Miami DLC weapons: the Uzi, Jacket's Piece, and some melees. The Uzi will use MW23 animations, so be ready to complain about it. There's no other sets with a front grip, so we're all outta options.

This gun is, in fact, on Bizon animations. And if you pay attention to the amount of character mods I made, which may be counted on one hand, you'd know I am absolutely not the kind of guy to ask about it.

But this gun you port to L4D2 couldn't work for animations?

If you can't, have in mind to port character models? Not only from guns or special infected, like port characters to replace L4D survivors.

It's a gigantic magazine, hardly fitting for Bizon/PP-90M1 animations. Finding a good model would be yet another challenge. But not gonna lie, that would be a fun weapon to behold in L4D2.

I love your mods, man it seems you put 'em all to many effort and heart, maybe you won't pay attention to this request but can you try make the north korean Type 98 replacing the MP5? The North Korean Type 98 is like the AK-74 but with PPI-19 BIzon magazine, with no features appart from HUD and MW3 (2011) PP-90M1 reload animation.
