Description
The Colt Canada C7 is the current AR-15 rifle in service with the Canadian military, manufactured by Colt Canada (formerly Diemaco prior to 2005), and having similar design and function to the Colt M16A3. It features a full auto fire control group, rifle-length gas system, A1 sights, an A2 stock, A2 handguards, and a 20-inch cold hammer forged barrel. The C7NLD variant in Dutch service is a overhaul of the C7 assault rifles.

- Replaces M16.
