Introduction
Hi everyone!

This is a guide for solving one of the sudden crashing problems in F1 24. Hope it helps :)

It also worked for us to get rid of the common "Intel Graphics" error, which is screenshotted below. Let's start with it.

Why is it happening?
Although it's not certain, your computer may be trying to run the game with Intel's onboard graphics. At least, on my computer; the reason was that, definitely.
Solutions
Solution 1:

Check your NVIDIA Control Panel settings. Right click on your Desktop, select "Show more options" and find NVIDIA Control Panel on there.

After that, go to the "Manage 3D settings" section, and check your preferred graphics device. Choose your graphics card if it's not chosen.

Save & exit.

Solution 2:

If Solution 1 did not work for your case like mine, try this too. Go to the way "C:\Users\<your computer name>\Documents\My Games\F1 24". Find the folder named hardwaresettings. You'll find two components inside of the folder, hardware_settings_info.xml and hardware_settings_config.xml.

View hardware_settings_info.xml in your browser, or using another application like Notepad. You'll see a code line like this:

Go to the line "<graphics_card deviceId="0x2520" rating="0">". Find your external GPU's ID which is mentioned as "deviceId" in there. If it's complicated, I also marked with red in the screenshot above. Copy that.

Now, view the hardware_settings_config.xml with something that allows you to edit that file. Replace the "deviceId" value with the one you've already copied. Below is the screenshot of that part.

If you look carefully, you can see that the Intel Integrated Graphics Card ID in the hardware_settings_info.xml file matches the one in the hardware_settings_config.xml file. If this is the case, it means that the device is indeed trying to run the game with the internal graphics card.
Closure
That's it! After saving the changes that you made on the .xml file, you can start your game without crashing or the "Intel Graphics" error.
