I think I know somewhere there you type something in the console where you can reveal the collision model outline on the wheels.
Another option is that use your Physical Properties tool to make the wheels into Super Ice material, which will make the wheels slide. Then place the wheels on the concrete at the tramway tracks (rails with paved road) , move the wheels until it slide towards the rails where they will fall and fit in
Do you have any tips on how to align the train with the tracks in SFM?
If you see little cross markings under the engine, this is where you attach the wheels using Precision tool
