Minigolf Dino Drive HIO Guide!

A helpful little guide to help you get all 7 HIO achievements for Tower Unite's new Minigolf map, Dino Drive!

Intro

Hiya! I've tested these and although they've managed to work consistently for me through testing, results may vary because of framerate or other factors! Feel free to share any other methods and I can add them with credit :)

Hole 3

Aim forwards and fire straight into the maw of the dino as the jaw is about halfway up. I've noted my power bar here but both the timing and the power are pretty lenient.

Hole 5

Full power straight towards the skee-ball target, shoot when the ramp raises around halfway, or more precisely when the green is obscuring the barrier as seen in the picture for a guaranteed shot.

Hole 9

Point cursor directly where the window frames meet (marked) and shoot to cause some property damage and score another HIO.

Hole 11

Aim towards the left wall like the picture, aiming to be as close to the wall without hitting it. It can be a bit tight, but when done correctly the ball will ricochet directly into the portal pipe.

Hole 12

Straight ahead, directly between K and E on the power bar. You can even get a chip in!

Hole 15

Look towards the corner of the current green and aim in that direction when the obstacle rotates to give an opening. Surprisingly consistent.

Hole 16 (WIP)

This one is by far the trickiest, which is great considering its also the last. May still need testing to find something more consistent, but i did have success aiming at the marked point on the carpet, and firing roughly when the direction of the ball meets the rib bone marked on the image?

That non achievement HOI in Hole 2 uses this line up it seems pretty consistent
Seems to be full strength and aim at the center of this knot on the fence

Also you can get a non achievo hio in hole 2 if you shoot to the right of a thin stripe. No image rn

The ribs dont have collision on 16, power of between KE and you can get it consistently. Still timed.

You will basically hit the back of the skull like a backboard but you wont usually bounce too much.

hit the HIO on 11 and it said i went off the map..... reset my ball
