AGOT More Dragon Eggs

A Submod for CK3 AGOT that introduces a number of changes to add-in new ways to acquire dragon eggs.

Changes:
-Canon Dragon Eggs
--Eggs that spawn at their historical dates that hatch canon dragons
-Dragonpen
--Roam around with dragons in tow.
-Dragon to Dragonpit Mover
--By decision
--By button in the character window
-Allow Naming of Dragon conditions changed
--If a Targaryen is ruling and has an heir on Dragonstone and both dragon pits are active, the ruler will be able to move --and name the dragon in Dragonstone
-New Decision Grouping for Dragon related Events
-Gamerules:
-Dragon Egg Frequency for AI and Player have been separated
--Enabling Dragon Hatching Ceremonies for dud eggs when they are extant (alive)
--Change the cooldown for capturing wild dragons
--Dragon Gene Frequency - The chance of a dragon having a trait
--Has a related rule that determines if the odds are increased for negative traits, positive traits, or both. Spindly is only increased if both are true.
--Cannibal Instinct Odds - This event makes me mad

-Give Dragon Egg interaction can be used on dud eggs if dragons are extinct, and no longer offers dud eggs when they are not
-Manage Realm Affairs can now distinguish between living and dud eggs
-Added game rules to determine Dragon Egg Clutch size and frequency
-Added game rules to determine if AI will give eggs to cradle, if cradling can fail, and cradling success chance.
-Added game rule to enable landless adventurers (player only) to steal dragon eggs and Valyrian steel items if they employ a Master Thief
-Added optional decisions to delete dud eggs and establish concubines as a placeholder for a canon marriage tradition.
-Added a game rule to determine if children can become adventurers on succession
- If Legacy of Valyria is off Daenerys Targaryen is a canon spawn outside of the Robert's Rebellion startdate. (LoV currently is breaking canon births)
-Allowed for Maelys to hatch both of his dragon eggs if game rule for multiple dragon eggs is on
-Allows for the hatching of all owned dragon eggs in a hatching ceremony
-Adds claims for House Targaryen and the Blackfyres on both Bittersteel's and Daemon I Blackfyre's Cradle Eggs
-Adds Daenerys' Dragon Eggs (Drogon, Viserion, Rhaegal - Dreamfyre Eggs) in all bookmarks after the Dance. They are held by Illyrio Mopatis in the last bookmark. In all others, they are held by the Sealord of Braavos if Essos Expanded is turned on or the holder of the kingdom of Pentos if not. The mod will work with or with out EE installed.
-Added parentage to eggs; Caraxes is the father of all Syrax eggs and Vermithor is the father of all Silverwing eggs. (After the Dance)
-Changed "A Day On Dragonstone" event to give a random parentage (of one of the known egg laying female dragons - Nessarion/Meraxes/Vhagar/Quicksilver/Meleys/Silverwing/Syax) to the dragon egg given by this event
-Added game rules for all dragon related events, both the pre-existing ones (Winterfell, Summerhall, Silver Lake, A Day on Dragonstone) and the new ones added to determine the probability of actually getting a dragon egg from one of these events, and if the AI can pick up dragon eggs or not.
-Changed the Escape to Summerhall event and the Summerhall ruin restoration event to have a 50/50 chance of giving either a Morning egg or a Syrax/Caraxes egg
-Changed all Dragon egg related events to use the new Dragon egg cradling animations
*All of the following events have game rules that can disable or enable these events*
-Dragonlore event on Skagos with a chance to pick up a Cannibal descended egg
-Dragonlore event in the mountains of The Vale to pick up a Sheepstealer egg
-A chance for the Dragonlore event on Harrenhal to give a Vhagar egg
-Added a Tessarion and Seasmoke egg that the main Hightower lord will start with
-A chance for the Dragonlore event on Dragonstone to give a random a random colored dragon egg of a random egg laying parentage. (There is no ceiling to how many times this event can fire, so be careful giving the AI access to it)
-Game Rules to determine the success of the Maelys and Aegon V/Summerhall hatching events.
^- Summerhall is especially fun now because you can get anywhere from 2-7 dragons from it.
-Added a game rule to determine if Maelys will even attempt his dragon egg hatching, giving you an extra two eggs to steal if he doesn't.
-Added a game rule to determine the success chance of Dragon Hatching ceremonies
-Added a feature to dudify (made a pedestal item instead of a trinket) all dragon eggs picked up on the map while the dragons are extinct
-Added a gamerule to determine the frequency of Stepstone invasions
-Fixed dragons being hatched from the ceremony or from Summerhall not getting the destined trait
