Thank you to all the other players for your collective efforts! With the guidance of the guides they wrote, I have completed all the achievements except for finding the drive of creepy Mita. Here, I would like to share the location of the drive that is not mentioned in the current guides.

It is within the red circle as shown in the picture, but it's not displayed because I have already collected it. If you haven't found it yet, you can try to find creepy Mita's little bear first, which is on the left side of the white wardrobe in the bedroom. After finding the bear, don't give it to Mita yet. Instead, come to the kitchen and you will see it at the location shown in the picture!I hope this can help you.

Regarding the chase segment you mentioned, here's how I navigated through it: Creepy Mita will flash in and out of the living room and bedroom, so it's not advisable to go straight down one path. What I did was to repeatedly open the door between the living room and the bedroom entrance. Whenever Mita appeared, I immediately opened the door to the other room and waited for her to reappear before going back. After doing this roughly three times, when you open the door and find that Mita is no longer in front of you, you can then open the door from the bedroom to the bathroom.

yeah thanks, but I already found it after being stuck in the stabbing chase for an hour and am still stumped on how to escape lol
