In order to goon as soon as you launch a campaign, take out EVERY estate privilage you can. Accept the Autonomy event then go off and begin your gooning with your gooning preference. This event means the game basically plays itself. That's what Autonomy is for anyway!!! Game basically plays itself. Then to achieve maximum efficiency in such a thing make sure to declare war on the strongest power around you! This will ensure the A.I. gets scared and backs down so you're left to your own devices.

Repeat this until you cross the finish line.
Change your in-game name to Gooner-Maximus and form Rome! It's just that easy.
