How to use teleport commands
  1. Install UETools for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2[www.nexusmods.com]
  2. Press ~ or F10 to open the console while in the game.
  3. Use the UETools_Ghost console command to enable ghost mode, preventing death after teleportation.
  4. Triple-click on a row with the required blueprint coordinates from the list below and copy it.
  5. Paste the command into the console to teleport to the desired location.
  6. When finished, use the UETools_Walk command to disable ghost mode.

Hey guys! Please do bother to check guide last updated timestamp. It used to list all necessary blueprints needed for the achievement back in the day but the game has been updated numerous times since then. I do not play the game anymore, but I may update this guide when DLC comes out. You can always suggest changes to the list above in comments or create your own guide if you wish though.

I think the part of your title which says "All Blueprint Locations" should be changed to "Some Blueprint Locations", because you don't seem to have listed any of the blueprints I'm looking for!

the "Elimination System for Poisonous Substances" blueprint is not in the Cordon Attic anymore. Guides say its on the Military Checkpoint barracks, south of the rookie village in Cordon, but its not there either (i can't find any stash inside the barracks, there are some stashes around the base but it doesnt have the blueprints) Does anyone know where is this blueprint? thanks

@Lucathegreat This happened to me as well, last blueprint i needed. Just got my achievement. Can't believe this is still an issue months later.

Finished about a dozen of them then hat to go back to WALK and instantly died from fall damage bc of the way the game determines fall damage. Teleporting from one of the next even in ghost mode isn't going to help you if the last time you touched the ground is significantly lower than where you are now.

Trying to get the individual adjustment for the APSB but the duffle bag isn’t there for me so can’t get it. Anyone else had this issue and found a fix?

I have to echo the insanity ending thanks to @Lucathegreat. SEVA Chainmail Inserts was exactly the last upgrade I needed despite the SEVA suit showing that already unlocked

Thank you @Lucathegreat so much! I was going almost crazy seeing all slots unlocked but achievement not popping up. I can confirm that SEVA chainmail upgrade is indeed bugged. Checked the stash in Dvupalov's place and there it was, the last upgrade.
