where to get:
DLC - on the roof of one of the buildings in the Moorth Ruins (not pictured)

You can get there "early" if you know the Castle Ensis skip - there's a sealed spirit spring and--you know what? I might have to make this it's own section...

what it do:
bigger number on kicks and stomps, which covers more than you might think

Kicks

Starting off with the most obvious: the Ash of War (AoW) Kick! go figure.

Weapons:
Dane's Footwork, which is almost entirely kicks so obvious fit
Dryleaf Arts, the punching one - still has a few kicks mixed in so a good alternative
Godfrey's Axe*** (only after you use the unique AoW and only on the R2s)

Note:
Worth mentioning the default AoW on Footwork is a kind of whirlwind kick that counts as jumping and is boosted by the jump buffs (claw talisman and raptor's feathers) =)

Speaking of,
Deadly Dance the default AoW on the Curseblade Cirque's has an axe kick finisher and this is my personal favorite because that's also a jump as well as a dance - Dancer's Set buffs dances, btw

Does not affect Storm Kick, go figure.

Stomps

Hoarfrost Stomp
Better** Hoarfrost Stomp (you paid $40 for this version)
Storm Stomp - which is also a storm skill and I'm pretty sure there's a talisman for that

Doesn't affect the Stamp skills because of a one letter difference

**it's actually worse, but you paid for it, so.

Shoes

Your footwear matters, go figure. So go get yourself a new pair of shoes.

There's only one piece of armor that boosts kicks, and you have to farm the bird-men of Enir Elim for it - I know, ew.

But there's an easy™ method. On Scadu Altus behind Castle Ensis there's a teleporter that'll take you to a section of Ruins of Rauh that's otherwise inaccessible. You need an imbued sword key to activate the teleporter same as the ones at the Four Belfries base game. Either save the one imbued sword key you get at the Belfries for this or go through Castle Ensis to find one in a chest.

Once you get the portal working, there's a single bird warrior and no bonfire. Fingers crossed.

Otherwise you need to reach the first bonfire of Enir Elim after burning the sealing tree after beating Romina which requires killing Messmer, who you could technically fight as your first boss of the DLC (disclaimer: yeah right). This method at least affords you a quick reset to farm more efficiently - but again long route is long.

Bueno.

Btw, the helm has a nice buff too and is honestly a good consolation prize. So don't be upset if you don't get the boots at first.

P.S. you will look ridiculous wearing the full set and I love it
