Stalker Chalk Symbols

A catalog of Stalker Chalk Symbols and their meaning. This is a work in progress. I will update and correct with new information.

Triangle means Special Loot

Sideways triangle to indicate direction:

Eye means Visible from that location/Look here

The example below is from a puzzle in the car dump in Yantar. You have have to find 4 numbers from license plates from cars. The eye symbol is used to help you find them.

House Means safe from Emissions

I don't know yet:

I've found this symbol twice. Once behind a locked door that I was unable to open. The second time was by a closed door that had a body behind it. This door opened after I fought some zombies.

iv just found one that looks like a skull, where it leads to had high radiation, so maybe a rad warning, there was chemical anomalies further into the "underpass exit" as well as a named unique weapon behind an unpowered door, i wont divulge the weapon or how to power the door, but its power source is in the tunnel too.
