Unofficial Wizard Patch - Freakstable Wizard

An unofficial unstable patch for everyone’s least/most favorite character! Features a brand new orb attack with probably at least a little depth, some pretty big quality of life, and proration on his fastest buttons. I’ll be updating this with further balance changes as I get feedback from other competitive players, but find me on the discord if you have questions/suggestions.

It will not interfere with normal wizard at all to my knowledge, but it will not work properly on stable.

Note: I put together the file structure on this really badly, and it directly inherits certain things from Wizard and other similar parts of the game which are affected by cosmetic mods. Using Gengar over Wizard, Slopbot, or other skins will have unintended cosmetic consequences.
