Guardian Mural

The Guardian Mural features the Guardian Altar, which is unlocked upon reaching Town Rank A. After a cutscene with the Goddess at the Lake Overlook area, she will guide the player to restore a mural in the grassy lake area by completing altar requests using the Divine Blessing ability, which enables communication with the Guardians.

Ship them and return the day after. Then just go to the kingdom again and there will be a cutscene and Cho Oyu will start the diving altar.
