OSRS Hit-Splats and Health Bar

Hit numbers that look like Oldschool Runescape's hit splats.
If the damage type is DMG_POISON it will be green. If the damage is 0 it will be blue.
Also, an OSRS themed health bar will appear above NPCs and players that take damage.
You can turn the health bars on and off with the console command "osrs_showHealthBar (0 or 1)".

The addon is pretty basic right now. I might add the hit stacking mechanic that OSRS has.

Feel free to use this addon in any project as long as the project isn't a cash grab.
