We'll cover everything available during the event, from achievements to exclusive items, limited-time rewards, and some easter eggs.

In this guide, I want to give you the ultimate rundown of everything you can snag during this Christmas event. From exclusive items to rewards that will vanish faster than your patience wrapping gifts, I’ll cover it all. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a bright-eyed newbie who just installed the game, this guide will help you survive the holiday chaos and grab anything worth your time before it’s gone, just like your hope for free content.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Welcome to the achievement section! Achievements are the foundation for the challenges in the Christmas event. Here, we break down every challenge you’ll need to complete to boost your in-game achievement collection. Whether your goal is 100% completion or you just want to add some shiny medals to show off, this guide will help you tackle the grind.

This time there aren’t many achievements, and unlike the Halloween event, it doesn’t even have its own section (which made it impossible for me to find the in-game icons on forums). If you’d like to look for the achievements, you can find them in the 'Plaza' section at the bottom.

In the mini-games section, there is an achievement tied to a mini-game that is only available during the Christmas event. This achievement is exclusive to the season, so I highly recommend earning it while the event is live. Don’t miss the chance to complete this unique challenge and add a holiday trophy to your collection. Keep in mind that, like all limited-time achievements, it will disappear once the event ends!

BADGES AND MILESTONES

Unfortunately, this time the Christmas event doesn’t include any badges or milestones, which leaves this section incomplete for now. I know many of you are looking forward to those small achievements and rewards to complete the experience, but for the time being, there’s nothing available in that regard. However, I want to assure you that as soon as the Christmas event gets an update and these elements are added, I will update this section with all the necessary information. I appreciate your understanding and patience in the meantime, and I promise to do my best to keep this guide up to date.

HOLIDAY COINS

During the Christmas event, you can earn Holiday Coins by participating in Game Worlds or Plaza activities that reward you with Units or Tickets. The only exception to this is the Casino, as it does not grant Holiday Coins. These coins can be exchanged for exclusive, limited-time items, so make sure to collect as many as you can while the event lasts. Additionally, Holiday Coins are earned during Winter Holiday events in 6-minute intervals.

SANTA WORKSHOP

Santa’s Workshop is a store run by Santa Claws, a crab sporting a Santa hat and a white beard. Visitors can spend their Holiday Coins here to purchase a variety of festive goods. This charming workshop is usually located in the Celebrations area, at the Boardwalk in the Plaza; however, during the Winter Holiday event, Santa’s Workshop can also be found in the Main Plaza Square. At Santa's Workshop, you'll find unique and limited-time items that are only available during the event, so make sure to do your shopping before they disappear!

EVENTS

Before discussing the rest of the activities, I need to mention the events that will take place in the Plaza during the Winter Holiday events. During these events, the Plaza becomes covered in a layer of snow, and Christmas-themed decorations are placed all over the map, creating a festive and magical atmosphere. As you step into this winter wonderland, you'll find a variety of activities and surprises to enjoy while celebrating the holiday season.

• EVENT - Holiday Character Visit → random character will visit a random location in the Plaza.
  
• EVENT - Presents → replaces Treasure from Sea.
  
  
• MINIGAME - Snowball Battle → It is literally a snow war, necessary to achieve the "cold killer."
  
• MINIGAME - Gingerbread Smash → smash gingerbread men that appear around the minigame pad with a large candy cane.

HOLIDAYS FRIENDS

Holiday Character Visit is an event that takes place every few minutes in the Plaza, but only during the Winter Holidays and Anniversary events.

During the Winter Holidays event, it replaces the Summer Character Visit. In this event, a random holiday-themed character will appear at a random location in the Plaza. When you interact with them by pressing E, you will receive a random item. What’s great is that you can get multiple items per visit! Be sure to stay alert, as this event is only available during special seasonal events. It's a great opportunity to collect unique, festive items, so don't miss out on making the most of each visit!

PRESENTS

Presents is an event that occurs every 30 minutes around the Plaza, but only during the Winter Holidays event. During this event, it replaces Treasure from Sea.

In Presents, 10 gifts of varying sizes and colors (size and color don't affect the item drops) will appear around the Plaza. Each gift contains a random item and a small amount of Units. Be sure to keep an eye on the clock so you don't miss this event and take advantage of the chance to collect special items and extra Units. Remember, like other exclusive events, this one will only be available during the Winter Holidays, so don't miss out!

GIFTS TO ATTENDANTS

If you're aiming to collect achievements, "The Little Delivery That Could" is one of the most festive ones you can unlock during the Christmas event. To earn this achievement, you'll need to deliver a gift to each of the Attendants in the lobby. However, don't be fooled, each gift must be collected individually before being handed over, which means making about 26 trips. Remember, to start the quest, you need to talk to the crab that gives the gifts, and the crab will give you instructions on who to deliver the gift to, and you’ll need to place the gift on the pillow.

The final gift is quite tricky and can be a real headache. If you're not a fan of waiting, here's a picture showing where to find it. Just place it on top of this one. Merry Christmas!



WARNING: Finally, the mysterious missing cushion that prevented us from completing one of the Christmas event quests is no longer an issue. Since the event began on Wednesday, December 4, we faced various challenges due to changes in some areas of the game. One of the most frustrating cases was the bowling alley, which had been altered over the past year but wasn’t updated for this year’s event. This made it impossible to place the gift because, quite literally, there was no cushion!

The developers have now released an update that not only fixes this issue but also brings the promised festive content to Santa Crab's store. It’s now possible to complete this quest and fully enjoy the event.

HAT FOR SNOWMAN

The goal of this achievement is to place a hat on the various snowmen. I’m not entirely sure how many there are in total, but I do know there are quite a few. Therefore, I’ll try to provide their locations in the most organized way possible.

This is probably the most tedious achievement due to the number of snowmen you need to find. However, like the others, they are relatively quick to collect. The issue is that I currently don’t have photos of their locations, so I’ll likely update this section in the future to make it easier to locate them. Also, there’s one snowman hidden in the trapdoor leading to the developers’ secret room.



If you're having trouble, here are some of the most difficult to find locations. If you'd like, I can update this and add more later.

• There are three snowmen next to the casino. Even though they’re not the same size, you still need to interact with all of them.
  
• One of the snowmen is hidden in the developers' room. Below, I’ll provide instructions on how to enter in case you have no idea how to access it.

• One of the snowmen is located in Project 12 (Rooftop), inside one of the jacuzzis.

• For those who had doubts, the one at the beach is comfortably lying on the beach chair.

• Another one is slightly hidden next to the tracks, between the rocks.

MISSING REINDEER

This adventure is the one that unlocks the achievement "The Case of the Missing Reindeer", to earn it, you’ll need to help Santa Claws locate his missing reindeer, which will be scattered across the Plaza, hidden in various spots.

• To start the quest, talk to the reindeer standing next to the Christmas tree in the center of the lobby.
  
• Once you find all nine reindeer, don’t forget to return to the one near the tree to complete the quest.
  
• After you’re done, look up at the sky to see a magical sight, reindeer flying together above the lobby. Their formation in the sky reflects what you've accomplished.

For this section, I currently only have the locations of the reindeer, which I’ve marked on this map. I believe this approach will help you save time instead of driving yourself crazy trying to guess where the pictures were taken (the event hasn’t actually started, and I can’t see where the reindeer are, but let’s just pretend it doesn’t matter). However, they are easy to spot on the map, and I don’t think adding pictures is necessary. If you have any questions about the locations or need help finding a specific reindeer, feel free to leave a comment, and I’ll gladly assist you in locating the one you’re missing.

• Floating in the fishing lake next to the theater.
  
• On the roof of the casino, but at the back.
  
• Above the lighthouse, near The Stray shop.
  
• Hidden between the arcade and the Dark Voyage shooting gallery.

I'm not going to defend my map to the death because I'm human and also a bit dumb, but the map has 25 markers. Maybe you're missing the purple one or the yellow one that everyone leaves hanging in the developers' room. I also recommend checking the one on the beach.
