Islander's 100% Achievement Guide (Updating)

Seems like there's no achievement guide yet. Let me write one.

Event Achievements

• Welcome to the Island!
  
  Eat and drink from a coconut （Crack the coconut with any knife, drink the coconut water, then scrap the coconut meat and eat it）
  
  
• Small Game
  
  Hunt a Seagull, Partridge or Cobra （Each of it can achieve this, I pop the achievement as I killed a seagull）

• I Don't Feel So Good...
  
  Catch a fever （You get infected when your skin integrity is low, I got this achievement after sun burnt）
  
  
• Explosive Diarrhoea
  
  Get maximum stool liquidity（The easest way is to keep eating and drinking coconut）
