Questing: Not Just for Heroes
Finish all neutral village side quests.


More and more people encountered a bug it didn't proc well, maybe it will be fixed soon.
You don't need to do all child graduation quests. Just all other villages quests like Arasaki, Segi and Aratani.
So, if you play in coop just save before finishing steel picks quest.

There is a 4th side quest related to Enjiro rebels - it's called "Ryujin's Wrath" and the questgiver lives in a hut on a beach south of Enjiro Rebels' location. It consists of simply rebuilding the shrine. Very easy to miss.

2 is a company, 3 is a crowd
Have 3 non-player villagers in your Dynasty.

Build any decoration.


It ain't much but it’s honest work
Personally harvest crops from your farm field.


Don't You Dare Chop It!
Plant a tree and let it grow to full size.


Branching Out
Have a child.


Bed linen is just usual linen. You can craft it on the loom in tailor workshop (Buildings -> Production buildings)

Life Goals: Complete
Unlock "No More Couch Surfing!", "Branching Out", and "Don't You Dare Chop It!" achievements.

Breaking the Mold
Establish a village outside the starting region.


Guardian of Needs
Have a positive production for all 8 types of needs simultaneously.


Daimyō
Reach the max Dynasty Legend level.


We live in a society
Reach the max population at max Dynasty Level.


One Less Mouth to Feed!
Have a villager leave your Dynasty for any reason.


That was the hardest one for me. Make your people homeless and uncheck all priorities. Next day/season you will get the achievement.

Crafting

Sticks and stones may break my bones but copper will pierce hearts
Craft a copper-tier weapon or tool.


Bronze Age
Craft a bronze-tier weapon or tool.


Finally, the proper toys
Craft an iron-tier weapon or tool.


Unleashing the Power of Steel!
Craft a steel-tier weapon or tool.


Look at this gem!
Craft a masterwork-tier weapon or tool.

Killing

Hands Off My Gold!
Kill any enemy.


What's Up, Doc?
Kill a hare.


Stop oinking!
Kill a boar.


What Does the Fox Say?
Kill a fox.


There's nowhere to run!
Kill a deer.


Bad dog!
Kill a wolf


Bearly Survived!
Kill a bear.

Complete all "First Kill" achievements.

Mastery

Curently there are no background perks in game

Craftsmanship Mastery
Unlock all Way of the Craftsman (non-background) perks.


Bushidō Mastery
Unlock all Way of the Warrior (non-background) perks.


Spiritual Mastery
Unlock all Way of the Monk (non-background) perks.




To gain monk perk points fast you can set an outpost near shrines



To be able to build them, you need to pick corresponding perk.




Personal Enlightenment
Unlock all Warrior, Monk, and Craftsman (non-background) perks.

Misc

Get my bearings
Experience the game intro sequence.


Not that intro, that you see after starting a new game, but one you see after climbing in watchtower in main quest line

Timberrrr!
Cut down any full-size tree.


Thousand Gold Club
Have 1,000 coins in your inventory.


Best Superpower
Have 50,000 coins in your inventory.


For the sake of sake
Drink sake.


Gourmet
Consume any top-tier, excellent meal.


You can craft it in Tavern (Buildings -> Service Buildings)







Or buy from any food trader (I guess after 13 Dynasty level or so)

There is usually one refugee camp just outside the western gate of Iwasaki. Then there is another to the west or sometimes to the north-west of Iwasaki. There are up to 4 refugees in each camp, but not all camps are always there. But you can usually find at least one. Always look for the question marks in the compass.
