NFS Heat – How to Restart Career (New Game)

Just like in NFS Payback, NFS Heat doesn’t have a built-in “New Game” option.
But don’t worry — you can still reset your career and start fresh by following these steps!

Tutorial

1. First, Make sure you already login to Steam and Origin. This Important!
2. Launch the game, when game window put disconnect your internet or activate airplane mode.
3. When game ask you to "press button to start", ALT+TAB and Go to Document in your computer and delete folder "Need for Speed Heat". This make the game can't download cloud save.
4. IF success, the game will ask you to agree EULA (ToS) again.
5. After this, you start the game solo. This important to replace old save.
6. After the game asking you to pick character and car, you can start connect to internet again. In this point the game will start autosave, you can quit the game and check if your restart career saved.

NOTE :
- When you delete the savegame folder, and "press button to start" , the game will create new "Need for Speed Heat" and no savegame. IF This folder not created, you new savegame will not saved! Just create new folder with name "Need for Speed Heat" in Document.
- IF this not work, just do 1-5, quit game and start game again with internet off, This will make the game create new savegame folder and make new game save. but you must do 6 and connect the internet to make sure game save the new game.
- IF your game still not saved after do that, This because bug from EAapp who don;t know about EAcloud (funny right, EAapp don't know it have cloud features). to fix this you can follow this tutorial https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2948118653 (Credits for NikkMann), to use Origin than EAapp. this make the game launch properly and you wont find issue with cloud game again.
