It is done very easily, the choice of dialogues is not particularly important, for simplicity always choose flirting, in one case through the rebel branch you will have to choose not to flirt, when the purple alien will be jealous of you at the end of the game.

To open the gallery and all the pictures you need to use the visor in each location and find hidden rooms in which you will have to interact with objects where you will find pictures
