Leave the room
Go the middle here and open the panel on the right
Now open the box above the white L shelf
Open the left locker at the very bottom of the room
Use the code 98746327 on the middle computer

In the next area search the 1st computer here for our next code
Now back where the the scientist was read the papers and black book
Use the code 3458915 on the computer by the lockers
Collect the keycard from the bookcase above
Enter the room to the left of us
Use the computer and enter the symbols from before. Gear, fist, 2 stars, 1 star, clover
Go all the way right bottom for the elevator and level 4

Floor 4

Go up into the big computer room
Get a knife from the boxes
Get a button from the picture on the right
Now head left and up into the 1st room
Using the draws here will reveal a code
Now use the fuse box to the left
Press up down up down down
You will now see numbers everywhere which is to be used on the door next to the picture before

Click on the books

Floor 3

Examine the papers here for a code
Get tools from the shelf at the bottom
Use on the locker
Next to the computer towers is the fuse box, make sure you put on gloves before touching the wire
Now use code 384759 on the computer

The computer has the code we need
Now match the images to the tubes
Bottom left - 1
Bottom right - 3
Top left - 3
Top right - 2

Save here for both endings.
Ignore the evidence for one ending
Collect the evidence for the other
Click on the bookcase
Click on the microscope
Use the computer for the code

The books have the code
Put 27 on the left computer
Put 40 on the right
Put 33 on the middle

Leave through the top right door
