In this guide, I will explain how to obtain upgrades // abilities, what they do, and whether they can be improved!

How to get upgrades // abilities?

Every 20 seconds you will be asked to choose between two upgrades // abilities. You can only choose one of the two. Upgrades // abilities can be selected for up to 180 seconds, after which the selection process ends.

Upgrades // Abilities. What do they do and can they be improved?

BIG BULLETS
Increases the size of your bullets. It makes it easier for you to hit enemies, and you can hit more enemies.
Cannot be upgraded.
Works with EXTRA BULLET.
EXTRA BULLET
Adds an extra bullet. You can hit more enemies, and it also makes hitting them easier.
Can be upgraded to 4 bullets.
Works with BIG BULLETS.
EXTRA WEAPON
Adds an extra weapon that fires regular bullets. Triggered after you fire.
Cannot be upgraded.














BLADE
Increases the size of your blade. It becomes easier for you to deflect bullets and you can kill more enemies per blade strike.
Сan be improved multiple times.
SHURIKEN
Adds 2 spinning shurikens that allow you to kill enemies using the mouse cursor. One shuriken follows the cursor, while the other is positioned on the opposite side of the player. The shurikens follow the cursor with a slight delay.
Cannot be upgraded.
EXTRA LIFE
Adds an extra life. After your death, it is spent, all enemies on your screen die and you can continue the game.
Cannot be upgraded.














AURA
Adds an aura that hovers above your character. The aura kills enemies and prevents enemy bullets from passing through it. Upgrading this ability increases its duration and quantity.
