Yeah, I realised the window for it is way shorter than I thought, pretty much as soon as they are knocked - got it eventually haha

The enemy needs to be off balance for that. You will know when you can do it as the body will have a dash glow point.

Yes they can, but it's pretty rare since they don't have a large range.
