This guide presents manually selected + personally tried in game by me songs, which yall can play easily with in-game guitar too!
WEBFISHING is the first game so far that awakened, even a little, but a curiosity in me 'bout how songs & covers on them can be played with guitar only - even if it's not irl instrument, but just a in-game guitar with only simplified 9-chord-shapes-system in usage.

Guide is *definitive*, cause it's purpose - is to include as many well-done WEBFISHING guitar covers for various songs as possible [+to bring more recognition to their original authors by WEBFISHING community]- so, of course, I'm gonna update the guide with new guitar covers with time.

I'm not an author of those covers, you know, but just a dude without musical education nor even guitar skills who gathered 'em all in one place for people's comfort; wrote readable QWERTY tabs & compiled it all together - all originals authors of tabs (or just a people who shared with them on Internet as well) are credited!

To play songs with tabs you gotta use QWERTY buttons on your keyboard

Each letter in every tabs here represents the button with a same letter on your keyboard — so w e r are those 3 buttons you gotta press in a row, just for everyone to certainly understand the basics.

There are several methods for playing the chords, they're all pretty easy to learn with enough practice done:

- Chords in brackets must be played (pressed) together, with no pauses in-between - [qwerty] [er] [qt] & etc. ;

- Chords in parentheses must be played quickly, in one sequence(often used in particular song's parts, where you gotta separate the sound atm from the rest of the song) - ( 6t 8y 7 [wert] ) & etc etc ;

- Arrow ">" means fast, pauseless (if possible) switch to another chord shape; so, the fast switch from chord shape X to chord shape Y will be indicated with that arrow - 6 er er > 5 er er ;

- Tabs in quotes, indicated like this "qwerty" , means strumming - so in case w/ playing on your keyboard it'll simply look like a fast pressing the buttons in a row (usually from left-to-right) to achieve guitar's strumming sound known by everyone. Although, if you're feelin' more comfortable with smooth "strumming" (and able to switch on the mouse while playing) - you still can strum the chords with mouse throughout guitar's interface in the game itself, however.
Example - "werty", "qwerty", "wer", "wert" ;
- Three arrows in a row ">>>" indicates the pause you need to make in-between of playing the tabs; the symbol means, just like the upper one, chord shape switch with a longer interval (perfectly 1-1,5 seconds, but depends on what song you're playin' - 1 [wrt] r >>> 2t 1t 2t ;

For more explanation - check out Steven's neat tutorial to understand guitar tabs better (and even better to subscribe on author's channel!!):

ALSO!!!
***
In a usual scenario (if you have no related mods/scripts installed), you gotta set up the chord shapes on your in-game guitar everytime you wanna play another one song - for that you just gotta bind red circles in the same way as it showed on images I've included for every track in the guide.
At first, the process might be seemed boring & long af (because it is it), but with time you will get used to set 'em up faster & almost reflexively.

In any other case + if you want so - feel free to bind & save all of the songs with related mods in usage, like TunaGuitar or ChordSwitcher!

Remember - to get used to guitar's playing & truly enjoy the music you're manually playing, you need to practice, just like in any other deal if you're wanna get good in it. Practice as much as you can to "feel" the guitar - or, maybe, even play your own melodies in-game. Everything here is in your hands only, so don't feel bad if at the start you be playing "not good enough".

Wham! - Last Christmas 🎄
Difficulty: ~ 🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑

1 > [qwet] [wet] [wer] > e[qwet] ty [qwer] > ( 2 ee [qwet] t y [qwer] ) > 3 t [qer] tr [qw]
4 > [qwet] [qwer] e[qwet]yt [qwer] > 5 ( t [qwe] [rt] [we] [rt] [we] [qw] )

(and repeat - that's... literally all the song's instrumental duh)

Btw, for the better & more cozy result you can try to mix guitar play with tambourine on the second plan - maybe to play w/ another player together? 🎄

as soon as I found out that there was a guitar in the game I immediately knew I had to play From the Start - Laufey on it!
Max Shortt  [создатель] 1 янв в 18:27
@Qwergin make sure again that you've setted all the chords shapes correctly, just like on the images. And btw, yes - it's alright here if some tabs are not *exactly* the same as from video tutorials - sometimes it is simply impossible to copy all of 'em in the same way from videos w/ no tabs included. Soo, just make sure once again that it sounds in the way you want.
Qwergin 1 янв в 18:23
Oh, well when I pressed q and y at once it made a different sound than it did in the video tutorial
Max Shortt  [создатель] 1 янв в 18:07
@Qwergin capitalized letters are meaning the exact buttons you need to press just like with regular letters, I've added 'em to indicate the sound's intonation (now not sure if it's even really necessary here). So yep, with [QY!] you just gotta press q and y at the same time, sorry if that caused any misunderstanding.
Qwergin 1 янв в 8:50
What do the capitalized letters mean?? In the omori one, I cant play the [QY!] because I don't know what im supposed to press for the capitalized letters.
