It doesn't work for some reason (dog, ufo and rebirth) but you can use it to get other achivements. sorry.

!! Please don't forget to back up your saved files !!

Go to c:\Users[your username]\AppData\Local\SilentHill2\Saved\SaveGames\ and after backing up your files unzip the file you downloaded into your save folder and overwrite.

Load into Lakeview Hotel Reception, 11:44 PM, 11/6/24, 8:31:18.

The Goodest Boi (Dog)

    
• Go to the Observation Room on 3F and use the dog key.

Tinfoil Hat (Ufo)

    
• Reload the save.
      
• Enter the room 312.
      
• Don't use the video tape, instead investigate the Blue Gem.

Defy Even Death (Rebirth)

    
• Reload the save.
      
• Go to room Lost and Found on 1F and collect the The Lost Memories book.
      
• Go to room 312 and play the rest as usual.

Vicious Circle (Maria)

    
• Reload the save.
      
• Enter 312 and play as usual.
      
• After defeating the dual pyramid heads use the scarlet egg door.
      
• Don't listen to Mary's whole monologue.

Bonus

• After completing the game you will also get the As Close as You Like and Faster Than Fog achievements if you haven't unlocked it yet.
  
• If you have seen the "in water" and "leave" endings beforehand you can also get the Party like It's 2001 achievement.

The remake has 2 new endings Bliss and Stillness, unfortunately I wasn't aware of it when I was playing. These are only obtainable with NG+ key items and I missed them. Since these endings don't have achievements you can watch them on Youtube etc. if you're curious.

@Zigmo I tried it with my friend and yes it doesn't work sadly, I don't know why the cutscene doesn't start or blue gem doesn't work. I will delete the guide after you see this comment :(

It was fine when I first tested but I will download the game and test it again myself and also with my friend who haven't played the game and let you now. is it only blue gem and the dog key? were you able to get the rebirth ending

I tried it and all the save games are lacking the Blue Gem and the Dog Key... Wish I could report something better :(
