Way of the Samurai 2, also known as Samurai Dou 2 ( 侍道 ) is an absolutely incredible game. It's heavily inspired by Jidaigeki genre specifically Akira Kurosawa movies and similar ones like Zatoichi. You'll recognize many tropes if you're an avid watcher of such movies, like Yojimbo most notably here especially in this path.

This path if we account for Way of the Samurai 4 is the canon path.
If we don't account for it, it's still the canon path :)
