Opis
A VScript that attempts to add a splatter effect to the blood decals, à la Dead Rising (or whatever other game that has this).

Compatible with blood texture mods, since this is only a VScript.

NOTE:
  • This was made with the vanilla decals in mind, so other blood texture mods may look a bit weird when used with this.
  • Unfortunately this will only really work on flat surfaces. Surfaces such as ramps or displacements (mountains, hills, uneven terrain) will most likely not work.
  • Decals next to another one that is spawned too close tend to disappear more often than not. A script that mitigates this a bit can be found here or in the required items section.

Massive thanks to Nescius for coming in clutch and providing a fix for the crashing/string table overflow.

This will only work in singleplayer or a locally hosted server.

Combine this with +Ultra Particle: Gore Extended and these blood textures to create something nasty. If you want better gib textures, the Last of Us styled gore makes the gore decals deep crimson and accents the bone. Lastly, for extra flavor, Pointblank Shotgun Gibbing does what it says on the tin, no exposed sternum, just bye-bye zombie.

As for honorable mentions: Ultra Violence- More Gibz makes even more of a mess of the infected, and my pc. So, if you run a potato to play your favorite childhood games, skip this (or don't).

Lastly (and ever so finally) SMG/Pistol Headshot Wound to Common Infected- for decapitating the zombies when their skull can't take anymore 9mm. Kinda gives me Killing Floor vibes :P
