PVP Weapon Unlocks
By Muscles
A list of weapons you can obtain in Eternal War, including the level requirements for each one. I made this because there's no concise way to see 'when unlocks what' for PVP out there or in the game. You can also use my list as a heads up so you can know what to expect when fighting against somebody of a certain level.

Weapon unlocks
Each level up gives you a brand new weapon to play with. The weapons (except grenades) are separate per class, so some like the Plasma Pistol will appear twice since one is for Heavy and another is for Bulwark. However, grenades you unlock are shared across all classes.

* I don't remember for sure and I'm going by deduction and old clips I recorded. Sorry if I'm wrong...
Note
I started writing this guide at level 13. The game does not show me level requirements for weapons I've already unlocked, but hopefully I got nothing wrong!
Personal opinion
The problem
This list of weapon unlocks is starting to get pretty bloated now. You can see that everything past 25 is not diverse at all, and that the latest weapons are just chucked into Eternal War with little thought on the gaming experience of unlocking them. You'd have to be fighting in PVP for weeks non-stop to get a Neo-Volkite Pistol for a class you might not even like. More days of fighting, another Neo-Volkite Pistol. And then after you're finally through the Neo-Volkite arc, it's the same thing again with the Inferno Pistols - only this time its longer because the experience quota for each level grows and grows.

It's not very exciting past level 26, and it even sounds daunting considering the state of PVP. A system like this is detrimental since only the best players have access to the most useful and diverse loadouts, which will be used to gain an unfair advantage against newer players. Unfair is unfun, and will contribute to the decay of Eternal War unless something is done about it.

My solution
I think this needs to be reworked completely. Weapons should be purchased through a shop instead of a predetermined weapon being given to you per level. Each time you level up, a new coin should be given to you, which can be used to buy any weapon of your choice - NO RESTRICTIONS. And buying a weapon should be unlocked across ALL the classes it's allowed for, so no more duplicates to pad out the progression longer than needed.

This should make things much more fairer to new players, with the added benefit of seeing more diverse loadouts and playstyles across all games forever.

I take my words back about the bolt pistol, it doesn't suck I just had a skill issue

After trying it out I think I actually prefer the normal pistol for Assault. I'm more annoyed that the only other primary weapon for Vanguard is locked behind level 16 :bsgun:

I genuinely don't understand why you have to be lvl 14 to get the Heavy Bolt Pistol on assault. The default one just sucks so much man.
