Locations for the photo quests, in geographic order.

To use this guide, find the name of the photo listed below and match the number to the locations indicated on the map.
(Also, as missable content can happen, I recommend flipping over the photo multiple times as you search for the exact spot. This content is for fun and does not affect the achievement.)

1 - Accurate Signage (in the alley at the bottom of the steps, facing north)

2 - Hoaders and Their Houses (house is on the east side of that road)

3 - Construction Site (teleport to the Doll Fanatic Nekomata, turn around 180 degress. it is at the base of the very tall construction site)

4 - Rhinoceros Beetle on a Tree (stand in the forest at the top of the stairs facing the north)

5 - Forest Gathering (stand on the pile of rubble and face north-west)

6 - Something in the Distance (on the west side of roof)

7 - Test of Courage (look up the staircase towards the highway)

8 - The Eyes of the Drunk (fast travel to Yamaki Shrine, turn north, enter the left door, and go down one flight. it is in the breezeway with the white and back sign with red and blue words)

9 - Swing Set (fast travel to Playful Nekomata, go south-east passed the swings, then turn around and face the big red octopus)

10 - The Turbo Granny (on the highway, northernmost lanes, facing east)

11 - Work Party (fast travel to Shibuya Central Hospital, make your way to the roof's fenced area, northern most corner, face south-east)

12 - In Search of Rooftop Shrines (simply on the roof, face south)

13 - Extreme Editing (stand on the north side of the street/sidewalk, face south)

14 - Riding in Tandem (stand at the north in the bike lot, in the row furthest west, face south)

15 - Lunar Eclipse (at the intersection of the covered arcade shopping strip, and the street north of the mission icon, grapple to the roofs. make your way to the building with a curved neon billboard, go to towards the small spherical water tower, face south)

16 - Grudge on the Tracks (fast travel to Shibuya Scramble Crossing, grapple up to the train tracks. you will see the trains parked. stand on the tiled platform, face south-east)

17 - Heart of Shibuya (fast travel to Shibuya Scramble Crossing, go north-west across the intersection. stand next to the westward underground stairs, face west)

18 - Lingering Regrets (fast travel to Shibuya Scramble Crossing, go north-west across the intersection. head down the smaller street towards the convenience store. grapple on top of the blue convenience store sign where it says 'HUSH', turn around 180 degrees, look up and grapple above 'MELON', turn around, grapple towards sharp corner of building where there is no fence. there are memorial flowers at the location, face north-west)

19 - Among the Graves (make your way to the Lamplight Cemetery landmark, face north)

20 - Paper Lanterns (stand at east side of crosswalk, face south-west)

21 - Admiring the Fireworks (under the highway, under the green pedestrian bridge, in the median there is a memorial, face north)

22 - Looking Down from the Overpass (fast travel to Akitsu Shrine, turn north-east and go under the bridge. pass the cats, go south a little. turn around and face north)

23 - Restricted for a Reason (make your way to the Ginpei Restricted Area landmark. near the crosswalk, stand on top of the downed bicycle, facing south.)

24 - Fading Away (fast travel to Akitsu Shrine, go south-west to the two very tall buildings. you want the shorter of the two. between them you will find the exterior stairs you need to climb. all the way to the top of the stairs, NOT ROOF. face north-east)
