How to cheese Canto 7 boss fight

This guide shows how to cheese the final boss in Canto 7 using Don Quixote.

Preparations

-Have Don Quixote Cinq
-Bring only Don Quixote Cinq, along with all EGOS you have of her.
-Can sub with Don W, or any Don with evade. CINQ works better since every time she dodges she lowers SP of enemies, making the boss roll horrible and far easier to win/
-Bring Gregor LCS (cockroach) as passive support (have him in team, not deployed. Only Don will be deployed) his passive will make Don recover HP every time she wins a clash. Outis cockroach is good too for the buffs.

Note: As noted by @Guillotine you can bring Cinq Sinclair as a support if you want extra haste for more damage.

Note 2: As stated by @txh0881 do not pick the Whip EGO that gives 10 bleed a turn or then run will become way more difficult.

Phase 1

Turn One: Clash with one of the three minions with the highest roll, if 2-3 minions have strong clashes and stagger you, reload the instance by clicking "Give up" and load it again. Alternatively, you can also dodge the minion with the highest speed number (number above skill) with one dodge. Should the dodge fail, Don (Sinner) will take damage from all enemy skills.

Turn 2: Dodge the minion with the highest speed number with one dodge, use the rest of skills to attack the little houses.

Repeat until phase is clear, when Don Quixote (boss) uses his windmill attack, just evade all his slots.

Phase 2

Don't clash with Don Quixote (Boss) unbrokeable coins, instead, dodge them with your first two skills (dodge his first two skills) then clash everything else that has no unbreakable coins and his guard. Basically, don't clash with red coins. Some people will say "clash and evade" or "use one evade only!" but keep in mind that if Don Quixote (Sinner) misses one dodge, 9/10 times she will explode in that turn as the boss wipes her instantly.

Note: Even if his guard has red coin, clash with the guard since is pretty much free damage.

Repeat until phase 3, if the boss uses EGO and you cannot win the clash, then use Don Quixote (Sinner) EGO's to win clash.

Phase 3

Boss will summon ponies, clash VS the boss skills as he should not be using any red coins, thus no evade is needed. Use extra attacks to slowly break the horses once, which will make them glow yellow and grant buffs to Don Quixote (Sinner). Once all horses are shining, protect them from boss and keep clashing him. When he reaches 600-500 HP, the fight is over. There will be multiple quick time events where you have to press SPACEBAR to win in the cinematic. As for the EGO last clash, (which happens before the cinematic) merely use the new Dante skill, then use Don (Sinner) EGO Sancho de Sangre.

Another cheese strat is just manager Don Quixote, she doesn't have an evade but her passive to just fucking heal and alt S3 just skips the third phase as the damage is just really good, though it's a strat for new players, those without Manger Don would either need a friend with her or use another strat.. but i still think this guide here is great, good job :)

@Yeetus Anonymous Yeah dodge is op, especially with Diver Ishmael (diving suit) it can literally carry a bunch of bosses solo.

@LIl Chicken Noodles<3 Thanks for sharing! I heard that while Don Lantern strategy skips phase 3, it is also suffers from frequent crashes or problems that make the fight unable to be completed.

Another cheese strat is if you have meat lantern Don, purposely get staggered phase 1 and you'll be golden. Rupture will skip phase 3.
