GTA 3 transparent menu fix

So basically you just gotta download Riva Tuner Statistics Server (RTSS) and cap gta3.exe framerate. I capped it at 35fps to not break the physics of the game. When in game disable the frame limiter because if you leave it on it will override RTSS. :) Enjoy!

How to:

1. Download Riva Tuner Statistics Server (RTSS)
1.1. If RTSS doesnt open look at the taskbar, click the arrow on the right and click on RTSS icon.
2. Open it and add gta3.exe
3. Set the framerate around 30fps to not break the physics.
4. Go to the game and go to the display settings.
5. Disable frame limiter.
6. Enjoy your Liberty City adventure:)
