Becoming a JojaMart Member

To become a member, you'll need to purchase a JojaMart Membership from Morris. He can be located inside the desk at the bottom right of the JojaMart, where he will offer the player a membership for 5,000 G. This will only become available once the Community Center is unlocked. To unlock the Community Center, the player must enter Pelican Town from the Bus Stop on a day when it is not raining, from Spring 5th and onward, between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. Entering town from another direction, at another time, or on a rainy day, will not trigger the cutscene.


Note: In multiplayer, the host must trigger the cutscene.

Purchasing a JojaMart Membership from Morris causes the Community Center to be turned into a Joja warehouse. The player can then purchase community development projects through the Joja Community Development Form, rather than through completing the traditional bundles in the Community Center.

Completing Community Development Projects

Projects can be purchased and completed in any order, and unlike the Community Center, the only requirement is Gold (135,000 G Total). As previously mentioned. Feel free to unlock the projects in whatever order you would like.

However, the order I recommend and use would be:

- Greenhouse (For access to farming seasonal crops all year round, in my opinion the most
impotant)

- Bus (For access to Desert as soon as possible)

- Minecarts (To save precious time while traversing the map)

- Bridge (For access to the Quarry)

- Panning (For access to river panning, in my opinion, the least important)

Success

Starting the day following the completion of the development form, the first time the player walks into Pelican Town on a sunny day (at any time of day), a completion ceremony is held in front of the warehouse. The player then receives the Soda Machine. At JojaMart, the Auto-Petter becomes available to purchase for 50,000 G and Morris will present the player with an "entertainment opportunity."

Note: The day after viewing the completion ceremony, a letter will arrive from Willy inviting the player into his back room. The closing ceremony does not need to be seen to trigger the letter.

Completion & Bonus

By now, you should have achieved the Joja Co. Member of the Year achievement for your steam profile.

Bonus: After completion of the Community Development Form, Morris will make a new offer when the player talks to him at the JojaMart. Paying Morris 500,000 G will result in him turning the warehouse into the Movie Theater. But always remember farmers...
