It can be a bit tricky to stay steady on a mushroom, but your bobber stays steady in the water once you do!

Out of Bounds

If you angle yourself right you can place a private island flag inside a wall and travel to your island, then travel back and be inside a wall! Attached picture is me near the dock, though there are other spots.
