PS4 Controller fix / 90° Right Stick fix
Por its_Dg
Ever tried to run the game with a controller but suddenly moving the camera left and right, makes it move up and down? Seems to be quite the common issue with DS4s among some other controllers I've tested.
So! here's a configuration that fixes that issue without relying on digital aiming.

The configuration has been uploaded to the community layouts tab of steam's controller config

Look for this one or alternatively open this link!

"Isn't there a PS4 config already? What's the point of this?"
Indeed there is but the solution it uses to fix the inverted axis problem is not the best.

It primarily makes it so the right stick handles as a dpad, removing all the analog component of it. While most people are fine with this (which is completely understandable) I wanted to provide a better solution that doesn't rely on digital aiming.
"What's going on under the hood?"
Two things, steam's rotate output option and a 1% dead zone adjustment

The stick's output has been rotated by 90° which fixes the issue... but that introduced another issue while testing.

For some reason, when holding left all the way it starts inputting right. I'm only using left on the GIF

It was not a hardware issue with my PS4 pad or any of the other pads I tested this with.

So! to circumvent this, a 1% analog dead zone has been added which ultimately deals with the problem. Genuinely wonder what makes it so the game registers right when it reaches that value but whatever, its fixed!

Here's the results!

That is all! Thank you for reading and I hope this helps!
