Description: In my opinion making the Clownfish as level 50 will be the fastest. Also, Ebony & Amber Clownfishs will also work the same.

Achievement: Make hay while the sun shines
Criteria: Reach level 50 of any crop
Description: You can make any crop as level 50 as per your choice & need but my suggestion goes for "Brussels Sprouts". The advantage is you can plough this during any season and you can get maximum xp and money during harvest from it. The disadvantage is: this is costly for low level farms and takes full 48 real hrs to grow. However, in the long run this crop can make you a rich farmer. Well. every coin has its 2 sides. :) Check more about this crop into the achievement descriptions "Give credit where credit is due" and "Another day, another dollar".

Money

Criteria: Have 1 million coins in your farm at any given time
Description: Not very hard to make it. You get coins from various harvests. So, keep doing it.

Achievement: Another day, another dollar
Criteria: Have 100 million coins in your farm at any given time
Description: Well, I agree that this is not an easy task. So, be patient and continue hard work. As I said before, "Brussels Sprouts" crop can fulfil this fastest if you believe me specially players who get in the farm infrequent like me. If you can make it to level 500 then it will cost you 12K though, but harvest will give you 17,910 . for each crop. This amount can be increased even more (19,385) if you are using favour points during harvest. Since you get 235 xp (470 xp during boost time) from each crop harvest, so this crop can very quickly take you to farm level 200 for the specified achievement "Give credit where credit is due". Also, for the shop upgrade the huge coins are needed, in my opinion this is the best way to go for that as I did - just make sure to arrange maximum possible area of your farm for crop planting and harvesting.

Achievement: Business before pleasure
Criteria: Earn a total of 1,000 medals
Description: One great way to earn this from completing quests. Another way is from the npcs in the town by errands. But in my opinion best way is if you have started "Restaurant" in the town then you can get 4 for each 150 spices. And harvesting Clove, Cassia Cinnamon, Ceylon Cinnamon, Forastero Cocoa, Criollo Cocoa and Trinitario Cocoa tree you can get spices as free. Also, among crops Coriander, Flat Parsley, Curley Parsley, Pink / White / Green / Black Peppercorn plants can give you spices. Also, in the town you can get medals by money exchange from the "Money Exchange" shop if you have started it already.

Description: The final expansion of the base land will unlock at farm level 193 as I did. However, by unlocking total of 49 plots across expansions you can get it. Check what developers said...
https://steamcommunity.com/app/2418520/discussions/0/598512272430616090/

Your farm is 7 x 7 and you start in 1 plot. So, you need to unlock more 48 plots. You get plot purchase (land expansion) option starting from your farm level 5 and then for each 4 level up; until you reach level 193.

Beside fuel level, there will appear another circle which will show your current favour points as ?? / ##. You start to get favour points after a certain level (3). When you get at least 25 favour points then you get this achievement. The favour meter will not show if you don't have any. Also, note that you get 2 per day as daily reward but it may not count for the achievement. If you gain by helping others in their farms or helping npcs in the town (errands) that should count for this. You can redeem the favour points going in the town in the Collaboration Hub. You can exchange into money, specific resources or to a limited period of time for certain boost of money income and xp. Also, you can give your favours to a friend if they give you permission to redeem in their town's Collaboration Hub.

In the above picture I have 6 favour points out of 93 which I can maximum hold. Favour capacity may be maximum of 150 if your player level reaches at level 500. Also, you can give your favours to a friend if they give you permission to redeem in their town's Collaboration Hub. You can allow this permission for friends / guests going to the "Farm Settings" -> "Custom Permissions"

Achievement: One good turn deserves another
Criteria: Earn 2,500 favor points
Description: As said above, continue earning and spending favour points. You can redeem your favours in the town shop Collaboration Hub if you have started it already. Continue helping others and when you will get 2500, you will get this.
Mining
This is a new feature introduced in this game. A mine is a production building which you can place (cost: 75 ) in your farm from the buildings tab if your farm level is 80 or more. In the mine you can get 2 types of minerals: Gemstone () and Iron Ore () and 2 types of mushrooms () & ()

Achievement: A real diamond never loses its shine
Criteria: Enter a mine
Description: Simple enough - enter the mine for the first time (left click).

The next part does not have any associated achievement yet but adding here for the interested players. Once you are in the mine, you will see a prospecting table and clicking it you will see...
A red cross which removes the priority of a mineral from the area and iron ore is already unlocked. You will also see other minerals which are still at the locked condition and the corresponding farm levels to unlock those. Few minerals need other material(s) to be at a certain level. When you have more than 1 material unlocked and you want to prioritise any one, you can buy it from the prospecting table paying its cost. For example you see here that iron costs 35 diamonds. But as your farm will level up this cost will be gradually higher. At farm level 90 you get Jade is unlocked also and that time you can use prioritise mechanism for either iron or jade to increase its spawn chance in the mineral veins. By clicking the red cross you can remove the priority of a material. After removing it you can select another.

So, this is the red cross status...

At level 90 this is the status...
As said notice that the iron cost has increased a bit and jade was unlocked. At this moment you can use priority selection.
In this picture we see that to unlock this selected mineral, 3 other minerals are needed to be at a certain level, in which 2 were already fulfilled and 1 is remaining. In that case we can prioritise that to increase its spawn chance.
So, probably you have noticed that different minerals have different rarity rates. As higher the number is more rare chance for that item to spawn normally. So, priority increases this chance.

So, when all ore will be unlocked (priority costs may vary in your case depending on levels)...

Mushrooms...
You will see such areas in the mine.
By clicking there you will see...
Unlocking mechanism is same like ore but the difference is, here is no priority - that means, once you chose a particular type of mushroom for an area you cant change or prioritise another at the same spot. However, after several times pick up, this will be removed leaving you chance to re-plant something again.
When all the mushrooms are unlocked...
<insert pic here>

In the mine you will see locked areas like this and by unlocking these areas you will get access of more columns. The picture is showing the first area but as you will unlock more areas, the cost will increase like 15, 30, 45... and so on.

This is the list of unlocking requirements of all the areas...

Anytime by interacting with the table (Status On) you can see your status of a particular material. Here I am showing my Iron status this far. By default it is off.

You can give custom permission to your visitors if they can mine or not.

Using boost you can get double amount of ores / mushrooms etc. ...

By the way, to exit the mine interact with the elevator or anytime quick exit by pressing 'M'.

These 2 types of minerals ( and ) which you are mining, you can sell these in the town shop "SMITHY" (cost: 40 ) after you start that. These will be necessary for shop upgrade too.

So, you should level up this shop too like any other shop to increase its stock capacity.

This is the cost list up to level 50...

Conclusion
Important (regarding shop-upgrade):
An important matter about various shop-upgrade is that, except money, the other item the shops demand to upgrade for the next level, its amount may be bigger than your current inventory capacity of that particular item. If that is the case then you need to increase your inventory capacity of that item by upgrading other shop which deals with that particular item and warehouse. So, this shop upgrade matter is interdependent among many shops at a time.

This is the cost list of all shop-upgrade up to the level 50...

This guide is presented to my steam friend and two little sisters "Kat" and "Rachel". Oh! By the way, if you have animals in your farm, don't forget to load your farm any year on 1st April for a little surprise!

Finally, as an achievement hunter for over 9 years, in my opinion, the achievement difficulty of this game is: 1 or 2 out of 10. So, if you are an achievement hunter too, I hope this guide will be helpful for you - specially if you are an achievement hunter who is not enough habituated with this series. Thanks!
