Part with your Soul when you die

allow your soul to rise to the heavens above apon your untimely demise

you will now also fall into the pits of hell if you or an NPC kills someone before they die

it also plays a lil sound as you and your soul part ways
this also removes the heart rate moniter sound that you get when you die so you can hear that sound better
(best death effect ever made)

console commands go under the "rip_soul" prefix

the addon can be a bit hit or miss atm as to weather it works on NPCs or not. hopefully i'll be able to find a fix for this in the future but just keep that in mind
