MODs - How to enchance your gameplay experience with infinite custom possibilities

This guide will help you install MODs to your game and enchance your experience by amplifying it hugely, from entire new digimon and mechanics overhauls to new challenges and soundtracks.

The ModManager Tool

The only tool you'll need to install mods is the SimpleDSCSModManager [gamebanana.com] which can be downloaded either via the link provived or by searching for it in gamebanana. In it's very page you'll find deailed instructions on how to install it but here are the basics:


INSTALLATION
1. Go to https://gamebanana.com/tools/8918
1.1. Scroll down until you find the DOWNLOAD button and click it.
2. Unpack the .zip
2.1. Run SimpleDSCSModManager
2.2. If you get the "Windows protect your PC" window just go for "more info" then "Run anyway".
3. If you get the window "game files not found" just follow the new window to select the game folder.
3.1. The game folder is by default at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition

Done! You installed the tool!
After that I suggest pinning it to your taskbar :)

ADDING MODS
1. go to gamebanana Digimon CSHM main page [gamebanana.com]and pick the wanted mods.
2. Download the mod and simple drag and drop into the big empty area
3. After dropping every wanted mod, just click "INSTALL MODS" below it and wait.
4. Once installation is done, hit "LAUNCH GAME"

FAQ
Q: Is it safe for my saves?
A: Mostly yes but you should have a backup just in case. There have been reports of files getting ruined due poor use of the tools but it's really rare.

Q: Can I install multiple mods?
A: Yes and most of them are compatible, except if stated otherwhise in description. Worst scenarios you'll get two versions of a same new digimon, each with it's own stats and digiline, but it won't cause any harm to your gameplay.

Q: Do I have to start from zero?
A: No. You can just use any save you already have.

Q: How do I unnistall a mod?
A: First, make sure you have deleted or loaded any modded digimon from that mod to remove it from your save. Second, make sure you removed any modded item from that mod from your bag. Than uncheck it from the list and hit Install Mods.

Q: Do I have to use the ModManager launcher every time?
A: Nope, after you have the mods installed you can just run the game as usual.

I saw a mod for Sistermon noir but it was for switch version do you know if they will make one for pc version and ik there's a guide here on steam but that seems like it won't work all the time or you have to repeat it several times after every save
