How to install and play Experimental

This quick guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to download, install and play the latest experimental build via the Steam Client.

Steps

When viewing the game library page, click the gear icon near the top right of the screen, just below the game banner and select 'Properties'.



In the popup that appears, choose 'Betas' in the left section under the game title, then select 'experimental - Operations' from the drop-list to the right of the 'Beta Participation' label.



You may now close the popup. The experimental beta will now download and install, you can view/manage the download by clicking 'Manage Downloads' near the bottom middle of the screen in the Steam Client.

Once the download and install are complete you should see the Selected Beta show as 'experimental' in between the Play button and Last Played sections when viewing the game library page.



Hit play and enjoy the game.
