100% Achievements

This guide will help you achieve 100% of the game.

Introduction

There are NO missable achievements in this game. Every level or chapter is fully replayable without needing a special save strategy.

If searching for a specific achievement, just use Ctrl + F on the page and search for that achievement.

The achievements are separated into 4 categories:

• Story Achievements
  
• Other Achievements
  
• Chapter Completion Achievements
  
• Diamond Rank Achievements

I strongly advice reading the Other Achievements before starting with the Story Achievements because they are some of them that involve many levels.

I can proudly say I have completed the whole game! It took me almost 40 hours but that includes making videos and replaying different parts to search for achievements, so you should be able to complete the game in less time.

Story Achievements (Chapter 1)

This section contains the level/chapter specific achievements in completion order. This means that you can complete them in order while playing the game.

Office Essentials
Get the Stapler

In the first chapter, after you meet Mr. Stapley for the first time, he tells you to "Grab your stapler and start stapling!" Just do it, and you will earn the achievement.

Sinline Stealer
Steal the Sinline Stapler

After meeting Mr. Stapley for the first time in the 1st Chapter, just before leaving the office space to get your stapler, go to the far left corner of the room. There is a desk with a red stapler on it. Take it.

Mind's Sanctuary
Unlock the contemplation room

Go to the room called Hall A. It's located to the left of the room where you got your stapler from. In it, you will find a coffee machine. Make it spit coffee until it breaks and gives you a golden key. Take the key and open the door at the end of the room. That's it.

Sacrificial Witness
Perform the ritual in Chapter 1

For this achievement you will need 2 items:
- A party hat located in the Meeting Room, connected to the big office space.
- A present located in the first room to the right of the room with the stapler. "LAB 043"

When you have them go to the room on the left of room Hall A. It's called the Ritual Room. There you just have to put the 2 items on the floor and you will get the achievement.

Clumsy Start
Die on the first Level

Pretty self-explanatory. When you are on the 1st level, just die once.

Holy Staples
Witness Barry's sacrifice

Just after the 2nd level, there's a story part where you'll meet Gary, who's gonna make you watch Barry jump in the lava. It's a part of the story so the achievement is unmissable.

Story Achievements (Chapter 2)

Crazy in The Crazying Zone
Check behind you in the asylum in Chapter 2

After placing the poster in the Asylum room go round the corner and you will see a white room with Behind you written inside of it. Turn 180 degrees, then 180 degrees again. Thats it.

Maze Master
Find the labyrinth's secret

You'll have to put one of the 5 posters right next to the "WC" room. You need to find the real bathroom inside. Go wander until you find it or watch the video for the path.

Creativity Corner
Be creative for more than 30 seconds

After beating the levels of Chapter 2, there is a second part where you explore the office. In one of the lab rooms (before you press the big red button) you'll find a corner with a rainbow around it. Just stay in that corner for thirty seconds.

Duck Detective
Find the rubber duck in Chapter 2

After staying in the corner go outside the room. Next to the employee standing in the corridor (on his left), there is a yellow rubber duck. Take it and give it to the scared employee of the first room of the section.

Upgrades people, upgrades
Upgrade your stapler

After pressing the big red button and going to the secret lab you'll be prompted to upgrade your stapler. Do it.

Story Achievements (Chapter 3)

Raiding Tombs
Find and place the skull in Chapter 3

After talking with the worker in the coffin in chapter 3 continue to the next room. When you see the statue pointing a finger on your right, look to the left. There is an upright coffin with a folder skull in it. Take it and continue to the next corridor. When you are there, just on your left is a closed door. Open it, go to the alter and put the skull on it.

Amateur DJ
Change the party's music

In Chapter 3, after entering the party, go to the second floor and find the DJ. Change the music by clicking on the vinyl record.

Endless Wanderer
Get trapped inside the infinite corridor

After turning on the power and talking to HR, leave the room and go straight to the left. There you'll find a door with the text "Infinite Corridor" on it. Go straight side until you get the achievement.

Employee Loyalty
Push the Dismissed in Chapter 3

After some of the levels in Chapter 3, you will be placed in a level-looking place, but it's not. Go down to the line of employees and at the end you will see the employee you have to push.

Story Achievements (Chapter 4)

RFD
Open every door in the Doors Room

In the first story part of the chapter, just after you talk to the receptionist at the start, you'll be prompted to "HURRY UP!". The guy you hurried to meet is in a room full of doors. Open all of them, but beware - some doors are locked and one of the doors on the floor is the one that takes you to the next part of the story, so don't fall in it while you have not opened all the doors.

Peekaboo!
Get "peekabooed" in the sewers

In the second part of Chapter 4 (after the levels part), you'll get to the sewers again. Go where you are supposed to, but turn right before going through the small corridor room. Go to the end of the tunnel, and on your left should be a crying skeleton. Interact with him.

HellO's Plumbing
Find Mr.Stapley's tie in Chapter 4

After getting "peekabooed" in the sewers, continue the chapter. You cannot miss this achievement as it is the game's objective.

Story Achievements (Chapter 5)

Penguin Fan
Pet the Penguin in Chapter 5

Just at the start of the level, when you leave the elevator there's a penguin. Just pet it. If you don't like this one, other penguins are all over the level.

Story Achievements (Chapter 6)

Headshrinker
Complete the test in Chapter 7

This achievement is unmissable as it is a mandatory game objective. At the beginning of the 7th chapter, after hanging out in the waiting room, you'll need to complete a test with images. That's it.

Story Achievements (Chapter 8)

Gelatto Raider
Escape from the rolling ice cream ball

In Chapter 8, when you enter the catacombs, you'll find an ice cream. After you take it a big ball will start chasing you. Just run from it and you'll be granted the achievement. It's unmissable.

Demonic Disguise
Be disguised as an upper demon

In the second part of Chapter 8's story you're gonna collect several ingredients. After that you're join a ritual where they are going to dress you as a deamon. It's unmissable.

Story Achievements (Chapter 9)

Banydebosc Connoisseur
Find the bottle of wine in Chapter 9

At the end of the first part of Chapter 9, you are requested to "network". After the last person you network with in the chapter, and before the elevator, there's a room to the left full of barrels of wine. On the right side of that room, between the last two barrels, there is the bottle.

Hole-in-one
Play golf in Chapter 9

In the second story part of chapter 9, at the end, there is a demon playing golf. He's the "guy with a baret" who you are requested to interact with. So that achievement is unmissable.

Story Achievements (Chapter 10)

CheckMate
Win the chess game

At the beginning of the chapter, when you ask where is the toilet, while on the table, don't go to the boss's office right away. When you are in the corridor instead of turning right to the office, go straight into the room in front of you. There is a massive chessboard. Find the white queen (the first figure in front of you, when you enter) and interact with it.

The End?
Beat the game

At the end of the game, when you beat the Devil and go back to his office to break your contract, you'll meet Mr. Stapley for the last time. He'll speak with you for some time and after that, you'll get the achievement.

Other Achievements

After you've played through the game at least once, if you didn't get these achievements naturally, we might as well focus on them now. These don't have a specific level of chapter they must be taken on.

Hesitation is Defeat
Die 10 Times

Just die 10 times in lava or some obstacle. Restarting the level with the "R" key doesn't count.

Devil's Timing
Finish a level in 6:66 seconds

This achievement is doable in different levels. I dit it in level 01 and it took me like 10 tries. When you are on the last platform prepare to jump but wait until the timer shows like 6 seconds, then jump and after some tries you should get the 6:66 timer.

Aerial Ace
Complete a level without touching the floor

I did this accidentally on level 03, so I wouldn't imagine it would be that hard. At the start of the level before you fall to the ground shoot with your stapler, which will throw you in the air. After that it's easy. Just go forward with the level using the grounds or the walls on the left sides of the platforms to bounce off, and that's it.

Speed Demon
Reach a speed of 20000

If you haven't completed this achievement in your general playthrough of the game, try to do it in level 49. Go through the level, as fast as you can. When you get to the second portal, the one with the hanger in front of it, do the following: Use the hanger and right before you go through the portal dash. This should make your Lateral Speed a little over 20K and give you the achievement.

Precision Work
Pass through the hole of a Protractor Saw

The easiest level to do this on that I've found so far is level 53. I believe there won't be a better one because the Protractor Saw in this level is right in front of you from the start.

Receptionist's Finale
Witness the receptionist's end after delivering him eight pieces of meat

It's a long story. You have to go through every chapter from 1 to 8 and do the following:
- Find a piece of meat.
- Find the cardboard receptionist.
- Place the meat on him.

After doing this and placing 8 pieces of meat on him you should go to Chapter 8 and witness his feith. Just watch the video. It'll be easier for both of us. 😃

Coffee-Breaker
Break all coffee machines in HellO

While playing the story you'll often find soda or coffee machines around the map. You can interact with them and they will spit out a drink. When you click on one machine too many times it beaks, stops dispensing drinks, and starts smoking. When a machine is broken it is permanent *. You need to find all soda / coffee machines in the game and break them **. The table shows the number of machines I have found in each chapter of the game so far. I am not sure if these are all the machines because I broke some of them before writing the guide. If you find more information, please 🙏 leave a comment so I can fix the guide.

* The machine in the Mind's Sanctuary achievement repairs itself every time you restart the chapter.
** Machines in levels cannot be broken!

Pretty self-explanatory. When you get all other achievements, you'll be granted this one.

Chapter Completion Achievements

To complete these achievements all you need to do is to complete the game in any way. The times you get on the levels don't matter. Just complete the game's 100 levels. It personally took me about 5 hours (including the time for exploring side rooms).

The section labeled as "Chapter 3 - Part 2" for coffee machines is actually at the start of Chapter 4. It'd be helpful if you at least mentioned "Coffee-Breaker" and "Receptionist's Finale" in the chapter by chapter achievement lists, otherwise someone might play each chapter carefully doing all the miscellaneous achievements for that chapter, then find they need to go through every chapter again.
