Overview
There are 5 kinships to complete with Sybil:

  1. Visit Sybil with the Golden Strand artefact
  2. Talk to Sybil about Njord
  3. Visit Sybil with 3 bird artefacts
  4. Visit Sybil with Kare and the Maker's Hammer artefact
  5. Visit Sybil with Lif as Scion

She only spawns in the first island you visit, so even if the second island is a Vanaheim, you won't be able to complete these kinships. They also won't trigger if you visit Sybil outside of an island (e.g. while choosing your path and landing on her node).
Kinships 1,2,4 and 5
Visit Sybil with Lif as Scion
Lif is unlocked very early on, this should give you no trouble.

Talk to Sybil about Njord
This should unlock once you've met Njord once (he is in the swampy place).

Visit with the Golden Strand artefact & Visit Sybil with Kare and the Maker's Hammer artefact
It's possible to get these artefacts from a random event in Vanaheim, but it's much easier to make sure you have the artefact before you arrive.
Start a run from the Holt, and if the Norns do not give you the desired Artefact, you can cancel the run by pressing escape and "Return To The Holt" immediately. Each attempt at getting them from the Norns should only take about 20 seconds, which is much faster than doing a full run.

Kinship 3
Visit Sybil with 3 bird artefacts

For me this was the last kinship I unlocked in the game and I thought it required ungodly levels of luck (50+ runs through the game never triggered), but you can tilt the luck significantly with a bit of planning (3 runs after I figured out a better strategy).

Caravans are your friend
One of the possible events when resolving a Caravan is that they give you two feathers. If you do this twice before meeting Sybil, it will complete this kinship. So, your goal should be to maximise the number of Caravans you get.

Heroic housing
Heroic housing will give you more Eitr, which can be converted into Caravans with the Observatory. You will want to use up your re-rolls until you get the Rally card. You can continue building clusters of Heroic housing to spawn more and more caravans with the Rally card:

Reconfigure your Holt
The Eitr sources in your Holt want to be used on Caravans and Ritual Huts (for more rerolls). To maximise your chances you can create a "Daisy chain" of Eitr source -> Ritual hut 1 -> Ritual hut 2 -> ... -> Caravan if you have more buildings than Holt Eitr sources unlocked. Here I have 3 Eitr consuming buildings off one Eitr source as the ritual hut is itself an Eitr source:

Draft military cards
The more of the island you explore, the better your chance of finding the Caravans default spawned by the island, and Sybil herself. You should be able to explore the whole island reliably, if you're having trouble, make sure you don't have any Trials Of The Gods active.

Saviour's saddle
The Norn's cannot give you any bird artefacts, but they can give you the Saviour's Saddle which then in turn gives you a bird artefact after you complete an adventure (e.g. the cave event which takes 4 turns). It's not essential, I didn't need the Saviour's Saddle to get the achievement, and you're probably better off spending your time re-rolling caravans rather than the Norns given this only helps if the game decided to spawn a cave for you.

Remember to complete the island afterwards!
After so much restarting of islands to get the RNG, it's easy to quit/return to the Holt out of habit, but remember it doesn't save until you see the "Save complete" icon appear! You need to visit Sybil once more after all her kinships are complete to get here housing upgrade.
Feedback
I had a blast doing a deckbuilder that wasn't combat focused, and hopefully this guide has helped you unlock the last bit of its great dialogue.

This is my first guide so if you have any thumbs up, feedback or tips for other players, please feel free to click the button or comment them below :)
