Introduction
This will be a short guide to walk you through the fastest and easiest way to farm everything you need to finish the game. Note that this is mainly for nightmare mode as if you are playing on normal you will not need to farm much at all. What we will cover:

XP: Getting Adol up to 61 and everyone else to 58 min.
Gold: You will need A LOT of gold end game for gear
Skills: getting all your skills one everyone and maxing one person out
Equipment: Getting the best gear

The good news is, after much experimentation and research, we can do almost all of this at the same time! I have also left out even the smallest of spoilers leaving in only the names of items, party members and towns.
Getting Started
To get started you are going to need a few things:

Accessories:
  • 2x Luck Medals
  • Bandit's Gloves
  • Training Ring
  • Battle Bandanna

If you have done all the quests and found all the chests up to this point you will only need to buy the two luck medals.

Skills:
Elk - Steal and Bandit
These two skills will help with farming both materials and gold. If you don't have them yet, that is okay.

Endgame:
You need to have unlocked the Well of Souls and made your way all the down to the Lower level and the final stone.

Note:
There are a couple missable enemies and weapons that have skills associated with them. Though you start with the weapons so as long as you don't sell them you should be okay. I say this because it may be worth it to confirm against a missable guide or list before starting end game farming to ensure you can finish.

Step 1 - setting up
Once you have made your way down to the last stone, if you head back to the right one screen there is a really big three headed dog and the last material node of the game. These are basically what we are going to farm.

You are going to have to decide if you are more focused on Monday, Skills, or XP and adjust equipment as needed.

The Party

Adol:
Your Party will always have Adol and I equipped him with a luck medal when not learning skills. You can also use the bandit's glove if you are finishing off monsters with him or the knights xp item if you want to boost him.

Elk:
You are almost always going to have Elk as he has a huge boost to gold gain and once you have Steal and Bandit, another huge boost to materials and gold gain. I normally equipped him with the Bandit's Gloves. But a luck medal can be used here as well.

Note: that the skills do have diminishing returns and should only be used once or twice on a living monster but can be used on a body as much as you want.

Third person:
This will be whoever you are gaining skills on until you have them all to level one. Then I tend to use Aisha with the Battle Bandanna for SP growth and skill spamming with Adol since he is the person I am trying to max all skills on.

What you are going to be doing:
Teleport to the last stone and head to the right. You can then kill the three headed dog monster using skills you need to level up and loot the last node every time it is up. You will need a TON of Soul Stones. Over 400 just for gear and more to make money. If you are leveling up, leveling your skills, need mats, and need money, this is by far the best way to do it.
Step 2 - Action
Level those skills you have:
To limit the amount of gold and materials you spend on weapons, the first thing you want to do is make sure everyone has all of the skills they currently have access to up to level 1. I always do Adol, then Elk, then everyone else in a rotation keeping Adol and Elk equipped then with their best gear.

To level them up fast, I would take control of the person who needs a skill, equip it on the same button (a for me), make sure they having training 3 equipped and then charge attack to get SP and spam the skills. If you want to speed this up, you can use Aisha with the bandanna by swapping to her for a couple charge attacks, then swapping back and spamming skills. Though gold was a bigger bottle neck for me until trying to max Adol out so I did not need that.

Getting Money:
You can also, mostly AFK farm the Soul stones though with limited success. I had to keep an eye on it and couldn't just walk away. But if you equip your two NPCs with Luck stones you can walk into the room and hug the wall staying as far left and then up as you can walking just close enough for them to loot it. These stones are going to be your main source of money. Otherwise, just loot it as it is up, I would normally do this with Adol as he had the luck stone.

XP:
XP will come naturally as you kill the monster over and over again. When it dies, I would pop left and come back and kill it, mostly ignoring the other monsters.

Crafting:
Once you have all your skills leveled to 1 that you currently have, go Iska Village and go to Synthesize weapons. Start at the top, check and see if the weapon has a skill you need and if not, go to the next all the way down the list. If it does, I made that weapon right away, if I didn't have the mats, I googled where to find what I needed and using the same party and skills above, I went and got what I needed for that weapon. Since your needs may vary and skills are on more than one weapon, its best to be methodical. Once you have crafted all the weapons for all the characters with skills you need, got back to the last stone and level those up.

Shopping World Tour:
The only skills left are going to be the ones from weapons you need to buy. Go to each town, again checking for weapons with skills you are missing, and buy the ones you need. If you end up running out of money, see making gold bellow to generate what you need now. Again once you have all the skills you need, go back and level them up.

Making gold:
Okay, I have spent HOURS trying different ways to make gold based on the internet and the like. They all suck compared to this. Farm the same monster and stones you have been but you can craft (have to be at Iska) Armored Genma for 5 Soul Stones and 5k and sell them for 25K each. Thats about 20k a min farming stones not counting what you get form the dog.
Step 3 - Profit
You can now swap your party to Adol, Elk, and Aisha and farm up Adol's skills and or gold as needed. Adol should be 61 or higher when your done for a better chance against the final boss.

You can craft all your ultimate weapons at Iska as well. Each one takes 50 soul stones and other mats. The other things I needed to farm were the Crystallized Twigs in the same dungeon. I also needed about 150 more iron for ultimate armor and Adol's shield. Everything else was straight forward.

Crystallized Twigs: Teleport to the middle and head left, there you will see two tall blueish purple looking monsters, hit them with Elk's bandit skill and kill them. They drop Crystallized Twigs and Soul stones. I put Energy Orb on my third person for this as well to help with SP since there was more running around. Keep Luck medal on Elk or change it up to bandit's glove for some money but luck medal and more soul stones is probably faster for money with crafting. Otherwise there is a lootable resource node in the mid section near where you had to knock down a boulder. There are no monsters here so you can just AFK farm.

Then it is just farming skills, gold, and stones to make Armored Genma until you have enough money to buy and make everything you need. When I started I needed something like 1.5 million to buy all the weapons, craft all the things, and buy everything I needed from Zanzibar in Altago closing out all the achievements for me.

If anyone has any questions or concerns, or wants to see something else in this guide just post a comment.

tips:
  • Equipping the weapon with the skill you want to level will help it level faster. This is required for level 1 but for maxing out Adol, it is worth it to swap weapons.
  • The blue baddies just left of the mid point (Crystallized twig farming) may actually be faster for soul stones as well but I found it easier to level skills, while farming with the method I used at the end.
  • If Xp is a concern, you can swap Aisha out for Geis for a small XP boost. His attacks are slower than hers so he isn't as good for SP growth so keep a luck accessory on him.
  • There are likely faster ways to level skills but this allows you level them up while farming gold and xp.
  • If you really only need skills, it may be faster to kill the grass outside of the first town as that will generate SP. If you do this it may help to use the crimson Jewel instead of the trainer as you get SP from killing the grass with the skills. I have not tested this enough.
  • If you get board, go buy some gear or items or farm something else you need for a weapon or armor to change it up.
  • don't hoard weapons and armor you don't need unless you really want to. Once you have unlocked the skill and no longer need it, sell it. (with the exception of Adol as you may want the weapons to level skills faster). Honestly this would have saved me several hours of farming.
  • If you are playing on nightmare you are likely going to need to do most of this anyway for the last boss. I don't want to spoil anything but here is a hint You are going to use all of your characters during the fight.
  • other party members seem to use skills within a cost of 10 of the skill you use. This makes it worth it to keep trainer 3 on Adol even when farming with Elk.
  • you may be able to automate some of the skills stuff as well. Using the Energy Orb and a tool like AutoHotKey.
Bonus Script
I really didn't want to farm skills all day so I made a script that will farm 4 at a time and I can just let it run for a while. This is quick and dirty but it works.

Setup:
You need your learner as the active party member with either training 3 equipped for faster skills or knight equipped for walking xp. Then put an Energy Orb on the other 2 for SP gain while walking and have Geis in your party if you are going for xp.

Then travel to the Earth Sanctum: End then walk to the far left of the big circle. (this should work anyplace big enough). The important thing is to not accidentally walk out while farming.

Equip your skills and a weapon of choice for faster skill leveling. Try to have your most expensive skills in slot one with your cheapest skills in three and four to allow for time to recover. This worked for me with pentagram in one, something that cost 20 in two, something that cost 40 in three and something that cost 10 in one with plenty of room to spare.

Then load up this script (copy everything bellow the header bellow to a txt file and save as a .ahk and run with AutoHotKey) and press F1 and let it run. F2 will end it sort of. You will need to hit F2, then esc and then click out of the game window to terminate the active button press.

It is a really simple script that will walk to he right 4.8 secs then walk back 4.8 secs and then pres 1 through 4 in order after each cycle.
