Vainger - 100% with Full Map

Vainger 100% completed maps, with item locations so you can get the cherry disk!

Intro

I have recreated two versions of Vainger's maps - a basic map and a map with all upgrades marked.

Both maps contain spoilers, but there are major spoilers in the second image!

In-game map

First is a completed map, showing the layout of the three main areas of the game. This is the same information that is displayed when you look at the map in game. The in-game map can be accessed at any save point.

You start the game at location C15.

100% Upgrade Map (Spoilers)

Second is a 100% full spoiler item map. It has the location of each upgrade marked on the map, and I have tried my best to indicate requirements, if any.

Getting the Cherry Disk

A reminder - once you have 100% exploration and 100% upgrades, you need to complete the final boss fight and finish the credits before the game will give you the cherry disk.

If you are having trouble finding any upgrades, double check locations A4, A8, A19, A21, C15, and Central Control? on the map above and are marked with a star beside the icon. The majority of upgrades in the game are visible, but these upgrades are obscured by objects, terrain, or enemies and are easy miss. In these locations there is usually a color or shape clue to indicate the item's location, and/or is obscured by something you can destroy.

For those who want to know how many collectables there are in the game:
25 Shield upgrades, 3 Clones, and 2 Stabilizers.

Hey, thanks for the map! I've been running around the entire game looking for stuff, not to mention i accidentally uncollected a few shields by dying.

Even with the map I still missed two shields and had to redo everything, lmao. I would have never found the Spinzer easter egg room in the final section either!!!
