Setup

Set your team with Healer first and Warrior second like so:

How it works

With Healer going first, you want to use this card every turn if possible:

Most if not all of your damage will come from the Warrior with the enhanced attack and larger AP pool.

Important Items

To make this setup truly busted you should look for these items in shops and buy as many as you can:

There is a cheaper version of the Blue Gem (L) called Toy Camel if you are lucky enough to find it, but the Eyeball card is by far the most powerful if you can get two or three of them.

The point of this setup is to maximise your strength in the first round, because the synergy of Healer with Warrior when including stacked AP with reduced AP cost items and more card draw allows the Warrior to almost infinitely deal damage until their deck runs out of cards.

Important Cards

When the Warrior levels up you should prioritise picking these cards:

Only pick up one or two of the 50% buff card and the AP cost lowering card, and after these you should prioritise any "Deal damage and Draw X" cards or "Deal X damage to all enemies" cards. The deal damage to all based on your AP card is the most powerful option in all cases and will often turn every fight into a two card win.

When the Healer levels up you should prioritise picking these cards:

It's important to ensure you always have a transfer AP and buff attack card every time a fight begins, if you have two or three of these cards, you can prioritise picking damage cards or healing and protect cards if you happen to get a very unlucky draw at some point.

With some luck, by even floor 2 or 3 of any run you will have 10+ AP each turn for your warrior, with 1 or 0 cost cards that include more card drawing and massive AoE damage cards.

This setup can finish almost all fights in the first round meaning you will never take damage.

This is an example taken from only floor 3 of a run:

That's a good guide, thanks.
